You know I never expected this to happen...in my EARLY lifetime (26) , I never imagined there would be so much porn or similiar done.

What they need to do is actually compare those numbers based on population.

Small Town USA
Industrial Town USA
Burbia USA
Metro USA

You'll get a much more in depth look at income vs cost of rent.

Using rents in San Fran and New York to average out with places like Jasper and Hemphill, Texas is dumb. Ditto when comparing incomes.

In the USA.

I am not so lucky. The overwhelming majority of the time you are stuck for years or forever with the same amount of money. I can attest this from the economic and financial capital of Italy, Milan.

What I learned so far are hospitality services : with mask mandates I am stuck at being jobless.

I do know a number of languages. Which could help.
