Who else dreads this year?

In some economic aspects, maybe.

In virtually any other respect, no way no how. A Democrat in the center of the party in... 2009 would be drummed out now for bigotry. Yeah, I was originally going for the 1980s, but then I remembered Obama's stance on gay marriage.
That isn't the case. The GOP has moved into what is considered Reactionary Right by essentially all reasonable metrics. Some can say outright fascist and they'll be right as well as they've been going through the 'fascist handbook' while skipping the honeypot sections.
I wonder how the GOP can be said to be why your colleges have so many NON-STEM courses
Because our technology has diversified requiring non-STEM courses. Want to be a PR manager, you'll have to have non-STEM courses to understand people at some level. In order to be an accountant, you'll need more than just business math but also business law and some basic economics. If you want to do marketing, you'll have to take classes that understand people dynamics. So on and so forth.

Remember, STEM has this teeny tiny little problem that they're of the Heinlein Camp: if it isn't 'hard' -i.e. things like engineering, physics, chemistry, the like aka 'if it can be repeated again and again without fail'- science, then its shit and more than useless. Period, end of story. It's just that STEM/non-STEM has become the new 'Hard'/'Soft' science sadly enough.

How is being taught that somehow there are a multitude of genders remotely sane or even FOR business?

Because I've not seen any giant banners or goose-step marching there.

Describe what stances the GOP moved right on besides immigration. And even with immigration, Joe Biden in 2008 sounds like Trump today. The Democratic party has moved to open borders very quickly; they've had those voices for quite awhile, but now their stance owns the party.

All you can legitimately point to is Trump's style and rhetoric.

Because of the 'soft' science known as psychology. Despite all we know about psychology, we're still picking apart the most complex computer system in the known universe... with just as a nearly complex system of support systems to keep this incredibly complex computer running (which also influences how said computer runs).

So, instead of forcing every PR person to psychology, we broke it down into smaller and easier to understand chunks. Sure, people will complain, but sometimes that could save your bacon. I had tried to take a program to get my graphic design degree and I had to take things like marketing and business math while I'm at it.

Here is the thing, Musulini and the Nazis only went full hog when they had effective control of their respective countries. The various Alt-Right marches more or less prove my point.

Source on Biden's stance on immigration?

I've got him doing full Trump in 2006.

That's just what I found in the first 30 seconds.

The GOP moved this country so far right that they made the 'right-wing' literally hang off the cliff and still try to keep moving right despite the fact that they'll get killed in doing so by literally falling off that cliff.

Anyone who hasn't notice it is outright delusional at this point. Plugging their ears and yelling at the top of their lungs delusional. Thinking that a flaming house is fine delusional. I have noticed it and I've noticed it since 2002, i.e. since I was in the third grade (Sep. 2001-June 2002 is the time period).
Please provide examples of how the GOP has moved this country "so far right".

Actually, define what you mean by "right", and I suppose "left".

I’d also like to see how Libertarianism equates to Fascism, as that makes me think of it being like people end up being cartoonishly evil social darwinists and if left free eventually beat each other into a permanent hierarchy wherein one ruler takes over to “bring order to chaos” because no government is around to regulate freedom. Because things like pragmatism or enlightened self interest mean much less compared to somebody telling them that they are criminals when they can bribe their way out of prison

Then again, man I am thinking of how Communism ends up being real similar to Fascism, when they fail to bring about those sweeping changes or better living standards and end up having a new ruling class of “more equal than others” types, constant propaganda, thought police and attempts at expansion to those without this ideaology

People can’t be trusted with freedom apparently, either when free/anarchy or when trusted with responsibility/government......we need VICKI

The democrats rushed to the extremes of the far left so hard that a leftist like Obama is now closer to the republicans than to the radical left.
Oh please. Obama was the one who helped push the Far-Left into the mainstream. This is just him trying to get them to slow down because the frogs (ie Voters) are starting to notice the pot is boiling (ie something is up).

This is why I have very little sympathy for the Weinstein brother from that college that kicked him out: you listen to him at length, and he comes across to me much more like a communist who was shocked the KGB came for him rather than some innocent bravely fighting against the communist state.

I'm not sure about this source. Pretty damn funny if true but the source has the name Jerusalem post so there's definite bias.

If that woman wasn't being delibretly handled with kid gloves by the media she would have been kicked out for ethics violations already. Hell she would be in jail but you know one standard for them and another for every one else.

I'm going to be re-iterating the call for specific stance changes on specific issues here.

Because from what I've seen, there's only really been two stance changes. Tougher on immigration, and more or less giving up the cultural fight over homosexual marriage. That's about it.

No idea.

But some douchebag from Berkeley look down on the rural folk and had to retract his words on twitter. Stupid brain dead pseudo intellectual. Who grows you the food you'd eat or would you rather eat imported food the rest of your life?

Everything is going full circle with this history lesson. California despised migrants who left due to the dust bowl now it's the reverse.
Trying to exterminate us country boys isn't going to work out. Because as JR. Said were them old boy raised on shotguns. We'd he happy to play in the woods with a bunch of soyboys from tye city.

In fairness to Fox, there has been a shift:

PP-2014-06-12-polarization-0-01.png

However, said shift has been both sides moving away from the center, not just one, and largely took place after 2004 and not 2002 (I'm going to say that third graders, Fox included, are not exactly reliable sources when it comes to politics), and I can't really see his rethotic about how the right is so far out it's going to kill us all of whatever being grounded in reality.

Could you link to the study so I can see how their defining the two sides? I assume it's a series of yes/no questions?
