Not entirely. Many of them take the Left's side because they either exist within the same ideological bubble as much of the Left, which believes that everyone who counts is on the Left, or they take advice from people who do. Notice how most companies that goes "woke" either has their roots in Hollywood, Silicon Valley, or some other Left-wing stronghold? That has a lot of influence on how those companies are run.

These companies are run by leftists or at the very least are filled with leftists that answer to someone who is not left but is convinced to do things the left way cause they convince him that this is the way to money.
Its the biggest hypocrisy of the left. They rail against capitalism and want communism but many of the public figures for these assholes are rich people or company officials.
But then again, in the Soviet Union, party officials live life of luxury no while the common people suffered.
Then you have the non-rich capitalists who despite all their rhetoric buy iphones and support big companies and want said companies to pander to them while also saying liberals get the bullet to.

Seeing what Blizzard has been up to, that's a new paradigm for a company to do. Instead of woke it's obeying the whims of a foreign country to stifle dialogue.
