PS: Hobbs is up for reelection in 2026 & the AZ GOP gained more seats in both chambers of the AZ State Legislature on November 5th.

Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024: State Gubernatorial Funeral Service for former CT Governor Jodi Rell (R) at the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Hartford, CT. Rell served as the Nutmeg State's 87th Governor from July 1st, 2004 to January 5th, 2011: she ascended to the Governorship following the resignation of then-Governor John Rowland (R) & won election to 1st full 4-year term overwhelmingly in 2006, but didn't seek reelection in 2010.

Rell died from a brief illness in FL on November 20th at the age of 78.
