even then I'd argue it depends on the mental ilness. depression is considered a mental illness because it's a deviation from the norm, but some of the cures for some of the illnesses can be just as bad if not worse than the illness itself.

Adams apples, male pattern baldness, facial structure, most of the time how their body is built. There are a few people who can pull it off better because they started out pretty androgynous, but most people are pretty easy to tell.

Additionally, just because someone is a successful lier doesn't mean they are truthful.

Even if a trans individual is visually indistinguishable from whatever sex they think they are, it doesn't change their actual biological state.

Keep in mind I don't see personality traits as being gender specific I see them in the lens of virtues and vices so I don't have a traditional view of the sexes. but otherwise gladly. XD
