I care about people being lied to and messing up their lives by people they thought they could trust. It’s called compassion.

I care about what this is doing to society. I care that freaks and weirdos are using this to indoctrinate others and for their sick fetishes. I care about this maybe happening to kids of my own one day. That’s common sense and enlightened self interest.

I care because they're doing this shit to young people and children, too.

I don't want them giving cosmetic surgeries to children, either. Unless it's to fix an abnormality like a cleft pallet or things like that.

I care because instead of giving people the mental health help that they need, they're turning them into a lifelong big pharma customer and mutilating their bodies, and I view it as exploitation of a vulnerable community.

It's a lot different than "I want my nose to look different," or "I want bigger boobs." They are convincing these people that they're the other gender and that the way to fix it is by causing them life long disabilities and getting them permanently hooked to pharmaceuticals.

Comparing that to a face-lift is utterly ridiculous.
