"Trans Refugees." Ooookay...
NotTheBee said:The bill not only outlaws bodily mutilation in the form of surgeries, but also prevents children from taking cross-sex hormones and chemical castration drugs that trans activists refer to as "puberty blockers."
It didn't take long for the ACLU to file a lawsuit challenging the ban ...Indiana is the 12th state to ban sex change operations on minors with Governor Eric Holcomb signing it into law.
Just a few days ago it was unknown if he would sign the bill into law since it wasn't part of the agenda he was elected on but he did and Indiana joins other states like Iowa, Kentucky and West Virginia that have all recently enacted measures to prevent this form of genital mutilation.
Indiana just became the 12th state to ban sex change operations on minors 💪
Aaaand cue the leftist tears:notthebee.com
Fucking ACLU are a goddamn plague. It didn't take long for the ACLU to file a lawsuit challenging the ban ...
ACLU sues Indiana after ban of gender-affirming care for minors signed into law
At least 11 states have enacted laws restricting or banning gender-affirming care for minors, but federal judges have blocked them in Alabama and Arkansas.www.wthr.com
Fucking ACLU are a goddamn plague.
FtM football team challenged a male team. They lost 8-1.
I'm disappointed... that the men let one goal in the net. smh
Possibly. I mean, when you beat someone that badly, you've gotta feel bad for them by that point, right? The men probably wracked up those 8 points (which is an insanely high soccer score) early in and then just kinda went to sleep after that.

ELBERT COUNTY — A former District 20 student is facing attempted murder charges on allegations of planning attacks on three schools in Colorado Springs, according to the 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office.
19-year-old William Whitworth who identifies as "Lilly" has been charged with felony criminal attempt to commit murder in the first degree and misdemeanor interference with staff, faculty, or students of educational institutions, menacing, and criminal mischief. The suspect is currently being held in the Elbert County Jail.
According to the arrest affidavit, the Elbert County Sheriff's Office was called to a home in an unincorporated area after a family member in the homemade claims Whitworth had made multiple references to school shootings and even allegedly threatened to shoot up a school,
Deputies spoke to the suspect at home about the concerns and reports of threats to campuses. According to a deputy, Whitworth nodded 'yes' when asked if they had planned to shoot up a school.
Deputies noted that the suspect appeared to be intoxicated during their initial contact.
The deputy also asked what school the former D20 student had previously attended, to which they responded "Timberview Middle School". When asked if this was the school Whitworth was planning on attacking, the suspect nodded and gave "No specific reason" when asked why.
According to the deputy, Whitworth stated they were only about a third of the way from performing the school shooting and had been planning for a month or two. Whitworth told deputies that Timberview Middle School on Scarborough Dr in Colorado Springs was one of the "main targets" and the others were churches.
The deputy later asked Whitworth how much they had known about school shootings to which Whitworth replied "too much". The affidavit refers to a manifesto with an entire page referencing mass killings. The document allegedly includes drawings of classrooms and a detonator. According to the deputy, the suspect claimed they found a YouTube video on how to create a detonator.
According to the affidavit, deputies returned to collect evidence where they found more journals with details of a list of firearms and how to 3D print them, detailed lists of numerous named individuals to be killed and their intended casualty versus injury rate, information detailing the creation of improvised explosive devices, and the locations of Timberview Middle School, Prarie Hills Elementary and Pine Creek High Schools.
There are no details of firearms or explosives being in the suspect's possession or in the home at the time of the arrest.
Whitworth has a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 5, 2023. The bond is currently set at $75,000.
The news of these school shooting threats comes a day after students across southern Colorado and across the nation walked out of class to protest nationwide gun violence organized by the group Students Demand Action. Students with Banning Lewis Academy, Coronado High School, and Pueblo East High School were among some of the many that had students participate in walkouts.
White House Press Secretary KJP made some harsh comments just one week following the targeted Christian attack carried out by transgender individual Audrey Hale.
"Let's be very clear about that. LGBTQI plus kids are resilient. They are fierce, they fight back, "the White House Press Secretary said. "They're not going anywhere, and we have their back. This administration has their back."
They sure do fight back. The White House has yet to fully acknowledge the tragedy that took place in Nashville, Tennessee (which resulted in the death of six people), let alone admit that it was a targeted Christian attack.
Instead they are persistent on defending a small sect of the population at all costs and persecuting a former president.

Biden is against ANY age limit for transgender surgeries or blockers
Just weeks after the Nashville school shooting, another transgender individual has been charged with attempted murder. Local news reported that the the 19-year-old, who identifies as "Lilly," made threats against multiple schools within one of the largest school districts in Colorado.
Whitworth was reportedly undergoing a gender transition to female.
During the investigation, it was discovered that Lilly, whose birth name is William Whitworth, used female pronouns (she/her). Following Whitworth's sister's report of violent behavior and references to school shootings, deputies visited Whitworth's residence. They discovered Whitworth intoxicated and lying in bed in a room filled with trash and punctured walls.
When speaking with deputies, Whitworth appeared very drowsy and struggled to stay awake. She answered questions with her eyes closed. When asked if she was planning to commit a school shooting, Whitworth nodded affirmatively, and when questioned why, she replied, "Why does anyone do it?"
KRDO reported:
When asked if that was the school she was going to "shoot up," Whitworth again nodded yes. When asked why that school, Whitworth stated, "No specific reason."
During the initial interaction with Whitworth, deputies noted she made suicidal statements. According to the affidavit, Whitworth also said she was "a little drunk" and swayed back and forth while walking down the hallway out of the bedroom.
While waiting for the fire department, Whitworth was asked how much she had been planning the school shooting. She stated she was "about a third of the way from doing it," verifying again that Timberview Middle School was one of the "main targets" currently and other targets were churches.
Whitworth stated she'd been planning it for a month or two, stated the layout of the school, active firearm planning, and started a manifesto.
According to the affidavit, investigators found the manifesto, a dry-erase board with floor plans, and a list of names in a notebook.
Whitworth said the manifesto was four pages long and had "schizophrenic rants" on them. However, the affidavit states when deputies asked if she was schizophrenic, she replied "I hope not."
According to the affidavit, Whitworth was asked how much she knew about school shootings, and she stated, "Too much." When asked what she meant by that, Whitworth stated "There's a page in my manifesto and there's a bunch of mass killers."
On the dry-erase board, investigators noted it looked like a labeled floor plan of a school, with labels identifying the office, bathrooms, classrooms, and the different levels.
In two different notebooks, deputies found more floor plans, a drawing of a clock to use a detonation device stating, "Remove clock intemials and drive a screw into the desired detonation time on the face of the clock, and "Is this what they meant when they said making a mockery of the massacre?"
Whitmore stated she watched a video on YouTube on "how to do it" regarding the picture of a detonator.
Deputies obtained a search warrant of the home and found "The Communist Manifesto" by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels and more books with notes. Written inside one book had written inside, "Ways I want to die," with a list stating murder, burning alive, freezing, and drowning.
I'm honestly surprised it took so long, what with the overlap between transgenders and Antifa.Looks like the reins are finally off for the mentally ill with guns.
I have no doubt we're going to see more of these in the coming weeks.
Guy is a husband and a father. He's an adult, so he can do what he wants, but, to be blunt? Look at the damage HRT has done to him in just a few months.
The guy has gone fucking nuts.
