Because YouTube sucks at sharing content, I figured that we could share the YouTube channels that we like/follow/are entertained by.

To start things off:

Turn on closed captioning as the "host" never speaks. Despite this he excels in making you feel bad about your lack of survival skills, is very educational, and manages almost 10 million subscribers, all his videos have millions of views, and he gets almost 6k per video from Paetron.

A much smaller channel but one that is a must for anyone interested in sci-fi, the future, or thinking big in space.

A great place for anyone interested in practical shooting sports or on the clock testing of both older and more modern firearms.

The home of Gun Jesus and a one stop shop for an initial introduction to most any firearm that you care to name. Even if you aren't particularly interested in firearms on their own merits, they are intimately entwined with history and are fascinating from an engineering perspective; both primary topics of this channel.

The topic that the content creator is focused on is largely irrelevant to this thread; just post the channels that you watch regularly and like to see new content from.

Late night conservative talk show, my personal favorite thing to watch on YouTube. Best thing he does is this series.

Long form sit downs with people to talk about an issue using the socratic method. Pretty interesting overall.

Hes on a track to shortly surpass The Young Turks in subs.

HorrorBabble does voicing for a bunch of old stories and even some modern original short stories

They’re what got me into reading the works of HP Lovecraft(again)and Robert E. Howard, surprisingly they’re willing to do their stories even if they are pretty racist in content

Well, here are some gaming channels I look at often:
GameXplain- mostly focuses on Nintendo, but also talks about other games.

YongYea- mostly does commentary about various issues in the videogame landscape

SpawnWave- news, rumors, and his impressions of various games. Also does teardowns of hardware. (He used to work in a repair shop.) Does a "SpawnCast" livestream with other Youtubers on Saturday night.

Here's a truly wonderful naval history channel

And for all things armored and tanky

Fun baseball channel

Geon

Electrogravitic Avian
Couple of Excellent History Channels I regularly come back to:

Dr. Felton has an exceptional knack for finding little known stories from WWII and the Cold War and presenting them in an engaging and concise fashion. Easy to watch a bunch of his vids in an evening.

The History Guy is much the same, but covers a much broader range of topics in an equally detailed yet concise fashion.

This One of his is particularly good.

Contrapoints is a left leaning channel, offering an interesting look into many hotly debated topics between the wings. Keep in mind she likes to go overboard with skits. Probably a SJW by some peoples standards.

Gaming Channels:

These channels are off the top of my head. I'm not a big fan of Gaming Channels when it comes to just regular Lets Plays... but I am when it comes to lore:

IndyPride of MilkandCookiesTW does a lot of competitive multiplayer Total Warhammer battles but what I truly enjoy about his content are the epic lore filled battles which are often heavily modded and with very nicely scripted intros and sometimes done in a very scripted manner. He plays other Warhammer or TW related games as well but he's a nice resource for fluff flavored competitive battles.

Like the above channel but does very strict cinematic battles as loreful exposition.

Wow Such Gaming is at its core a Left 4 Dead channel which I have little interest in. But I do adore its 'Why You Wouldn't Survive' series which has covered everything from various zombie plagues in video games to alien attacks (Destroy All Humans) and Pokémon Wars. I love his intros as well.

A gamer with a biology background who likes to do pop scientific analysis of various critters and monsters and plagues in popular video games. He's analyzed everything from Half Life HeadCrabs, to giant mutant fish from Metro, to who would win if the Flood tried to invade Doom's Hell Dimension. Kind of a more scientific and less epically voiced Wow Such Gaming.

Lore Channels:

My go to channel for Game of Thrones/ASOIAF lore but he's big on Dune lore as well, as well as dabbling in other topics.

Bleh everyone knows about this guy. He's the Dark Souls lore guy. Taught me more about the lore then the damn game itself did. Gotta be something wrong with that. :p

Speaking of Gaming Channels

Check them out they are good.

Oh, lovely. They've sent me a mo-ron.
So for a law channel which got me to use this username for this forum it's this one.

A lawyer from Minnesota does topics about law and explains it to the viewers with his own flair that includes drinking a bit usually at someone's bad mistakes in doing law. Lawsplaining as he puts it. Sometimes he plays Ace Attorney and gives his perspective as a lawyer. Other times he interviews famous people of the internet that includes Doug who created Earthworm Jim and acts as a moderator to people having a debate.

Recently he's involved with a lawsuit of the VA who dubbed Broly so lots of drama but I saw Ty Beard for the first time and was impressed by him and so used his surname as the basis for my username. He's a bit of a table top nerd himself who designed his own modern warfare game a fistful of TOWs.

Okay, let's start with politics.

Tim Pool is pretty much my go-to source for news. Not exactly unbiased, but at least he tries to account for his biases and acknowledges them constantly; besides, that's what his Subverse News channel is for:

For news specifically regarding China, I first turn to China Uncensored.

Dave Rubin's The Rubin Report is a good place to see prominent political people lay out their positions.

Then there's Aydin Paladin, who approaches the current social and political climate from a psychological standpoint, and tries to explain why people act and think the way they do.

Can't think of many channels of the top of my head but this one is pretty dope and "edgy"

Oh, lovely. They've sent me a mo-ron.
So seeing Goku speaking a homophobic slur against his son got me thinking of the good times of a fan who dubs as close to the transformer G1 characters but act quite OOC. Check it and you might be amused too. Fourthwall gets broken, transformers doing sex jokes like Optimus Prime talking prime rib and prime beef while sillier transformers get even sillier like starscream and Megatron who likes saying muthafuka.

Edit: link removed Incase NSFW. Will check first.

Thinking on it if it follows the two link rule it should be ok. Even the movie just amateur dubs with VA impersonations.
