Ah and when that is frozen as well for assisting dangerous white supremist terrorists? There is a legal fund that is already prepared for this.

Again, I point to the people in the US still locked up in solitary confinement and allegedly tormented, for their part in walking through the capital building. I bet those people thought that they would be out in a week with the eyes of the country on them and all the potential fundraiser money. If the Canadian government not only executes warrantless arrests, but also prevents its citizens from being able to legally defend themselves against the arbitrary charges, total tyranny has come, and then it is time for violence.
Let's hope the police have the sense to more or less summarily ignore Trudeau's orders.
Trudeau has already stated that he isn't going to use the military which leaves the police only to enforce his edicts, I just hope that they just mosey in enforcement.Let's hope the police have the sense to more or less summarily ignore Trudeau's orders.
Where have we heard promises of just a 'two-week' state of emergency recently...
Trudeau and his ilk will not let go of the power this gives them, and we all know it.
I mean Blackface could call up a few thousand troops, surround the entire protest, and then have them move in and arrest/detain everyone present. He's been able to do that basically since day one if he was willing to give the order and deal with the fallout.
Yeah. Does anybody from up north know what type of outfit the Canadian army is politically? Traditionally the armies of most countries are conservative but not always.True-dough could give such orders, but that doesn't necessarily mean those orders would be followed. The possibility of the soldiers simply joining the protest has to be considered.
The best response, UMO is neither violent, nor political, nor PR,it is economical.No. The best option at this point isnt violence, it's a hard balled political response and soft protesting in spite of threatening arrest.
The PM is digging his own grave just fine why threaten him with violence when that's what he wants? If I were in charge of Alberta now I would threaten calling for a start of the succession process while the iron is still hot and public option is on their side.

Not just a crypto crackdown. They can now freeze the money the truckers have and attack companies sending them money. And there it is, the real reason the emergency powers act was invoked. As @Emperor Tippy stated, the emergency powers act would have little effect on the political realities of arresting these guys. What they really wanted was the ability to extend into a crypto crackdown. I'd suggest to all our Canadian friends that they move everything into privacy coins. The slow and steady encroachment of government power into the crypto space is going to accelerate now.
