CBC reports the Mounties found weapons, body armor, and a single machete being smuggled in. Eleven have been arrested.
And I am sure they also found the seven crystal skulls there too.

A Lawyer talking about it.
Key take away, this thing didn't get invoked during WWII or "The October Crisis".
Why don't you Yankees fuck off and stop coveting your neighbour's ox?
Hysterical…The rat fuck bastard child of Castro actually fucking did it.
I knew he was stupid, but I didn’t think he was this moronic. We may actually see the first western democracy to go down in the flames of civil war, or at least all out civil revolt, soon.
…and it’s fucking Canada, of all places.
What is this fucking timeline?
You could fold Alberta and/or Saskatchewan in with Montana instead of Alaska, just to spread it around some.
No. Canada's territorial integrity much be respected. Their loss should not be our gain. Canada will get through this. And so will we.
I sincerely hope you’re right, but I’m not sure if I’m ready to bet on anything right now.
I'm not sure of Canadian political processes, so please forgive my ignorance on this matter. But from what I do understand, If the opposition gains enough support (like what they're doing now) they can eventually call a vote of no confidence and push Tredeau out of power. Isn't that correct?
The Canadian Parliament would have to approve within seven days a government move to invoke the emergency measures, and Parliament also has the power to revoke them.
Trudeau's Liberal minority government needs help from the opposition to pass the measures in Parliament. On Monday, New Democrat leader Jagmeet Singh said his left-leaning party would be willing to back the move if it means ending the protests.
Yes, in theory. But the Tories need a parliamentary majority to depose Trudeau that way, which they wouldn't have even with support from the Bloc Quebecois because the NDP has made it clearer than ever that they're eager Liberal lapdogs. With Team Orange's 25 seats, Trudeau has the numbers to beat any VONC unless his caucus starts defecting en masse.I'm not sure of Canadian political processes, so please forgive my ignorance on this matter. Didn't Trudeau only barely win his last election with 34% of the vote somehow?
Yeah but multiparty democracies are better because they give people better options. Somewhere.Didn't Trudeau only barely win his last election with 34% of the vote somehow?
