"Oh, that's terrible! An angel came down from Heaven, and spent thousands of years helping!"

There's some really dumb folk out there.
Even THEN....there were monsters under Moria that Gandalf would not talk about after his fight with what would be considered a fallen angel. Balrogs were at the same level as Gandalf. They were seduced by Melkior like Sauron was.

Well, maybe.
We don't actually know what they were, or why there were there. They could have been corrupted Ainur, or they could have been animal life corrupted by Melkor, or they could have been creatures spawned by the "discord" between the original song of the Ainur and Melkor's corruption of it.

It's terrible because the angel had pale skin, and wasn't promoting a social agenda. Here's a more acceptable, leftists version

I would call this one a good meme if it wasn't so incoherent with its iconography and meaning. Are they implying that allying with the Evangelical Right will help them prevent bailouts? Do they think Wall Street represents Solomon's temple? I really can't figure out the actual message.

Black Jesus is wearing soviet crest there.
Dunno what it supposed to mean, soviets do not recognized Jesus as real, and they certainly were white.

Going to mix it up and again post memes from r/TheRightCan'tMeme again, let's see what they call bad memes. Posting with links to the reddit because the comments are hilarious.

Not actually NSFW, it has a picture of a gun and that's too triggering for them not to have it censored.

Yeah, going through the trans He-Man Memes this one was a genuine double-take for me when I realized the wall-o-text wasn't spouting left wing points.

And a threadtax:
The sad thing here aside from the ever-present racism is that the old white guys in the films didn't defeat the evil and save everyone, not a one of them. They're all mentor figures, not heroes themselves.

None of them actually show up to defeat evil and save everyone.

They descend from on high, abandoning their potential life full of White privilege as they could be idling away their Golden Years in a (sometimes literally) Ivory Tower but instead deem us unwashed lesser youths worthy of their divinely inspired guidance. They don't defeat evil in and of themselves but raise up others to do so.

Truly the pinnacles of Leadership when it comes to the White Patriarchy.

Eh, no. I can read the iconography pretty easily. Remember that they also hate religion, and it all makes sense.

(What follows is NOT my PoV, but the meme's implication):
Basically, Wall Street is Solomon's temple, and both suck. This Jesus is the real Jesus that you guys would hate, so your prayers are futile (but he's not even god anyway, just a 'good person').

It's coherent, honestly well done, but not a meme. It's more a political cartoon: a lot of stuff is happening all with a common purpose, but no immediate payoff. No laughter. Nothings funny.

These, on the otherhand, are hilarious! And the comments just show how little they understand everything.

Hmm, I don't think that's it. There's no connection to Wall Street there, Jesus is specifically only whipping bankers, not stock traders.

I hunted for the original and found it's a painting by Daniel J Zollinger which has been edited to add the Marxist symbology and make Jesus dark-skinned. The original, I think, was meant to protest the 2008 bank bailouts but I'm not 100% certain.

What the edits mean is still a mystery to me.

I don't know what they are talking about. I'm still mad about those. especially how they did Aunt Jemima dirty. it may not have been real syrup but she was a former slave that became a millionaire based off the use of her face for the advertising. she used her money to help other former slaves. they could have used that story to great effect but no. they just call her a racist stereotype and get rid of her.

Land O Lakes always cracks me up.

They removed the Indian and kept the land. XD

easy fix for the Kirby one.

Bomber Junior: Communism always fails

Kirby: name one Ancap society that stayed that way.

Bomber Jr: ...

Kirby: hi Pot I'm Kettle.

you can argue its accuracy and you still run into the counter strawman but at least it cuts the wall of text.

Yeah, as has been commented on quite a few others in this thread, it would be dead easy to actually avoid the stupid wall o' text memes and compress it down into a pithy punchline.

The thing is, that requires self-discipline, and the left despises self-discipline.
