The 2014 Russian Incursion into Crimea instead is a Russian-Ukrainian War

What if in an alternative timeline Russia invades Ukraine? To set a few rules here to ensure someone doesn't go 'then NATO joins in and crushes Russia' because some 'tard is gonna think that's a suitable answer, the rules are thus, be concise in how you think it would work out, and how long it will take. If you believe NATO would interfere, state so, with legitimate reasoning.

Personally I think the war would be thus; A Russia-Ukraine War would be long and bloody, ending what could be called the 'good times' with violence. Like with things currently it would be highly documented and plenty of death on each side. It would most certainly awaken Ukraine from it's 'Revolution of Dignity', with corrupt officials more than likely escaping Ukraine before Russians put boots into Kiev. Roughly I think the war will be 2-3 years long, and end in a Russian Victory, with the peace deal being as thus;

in the short term thousands are dead, long term? The EU is fucked. Russia would be in a much stronger position, lets simply put it like that. America would probably be more Republican than OTL, as it was Obama's decisions that allowed this to happen, though I doubt that could stop the mental retardation that is the Biden Admin from getting into office. China would likely try to invade Taiwan and North Korea may attempt a Korean War 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Ukraine is much, much weaker in 2014, than in it is in 2022, armed forces are suffering from twenty years of neglect, nepotism and corruption.
If Russia annexed this much of Ukraine, wouldn't they also add Odessa?

Nice Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan combo, at first I thought it meant Ukrainians are getting deported there.
