T-X Terminator vs. random space marine.

You'll need a direct hit with a MOAB or tac Nuke to kill Terminator armor. If he's a Grey Knight you'll need strategic weapons. Those fuckers are all at least low end Alpha class Psykers.
You guys, as per the OP, this is an average Space Marine, no Terminator Armor, no Grey Knight, not more psychically sensitive than your average Space Marine circa just prior to the 13th Black Crusade/8th edition shenanigans.

Oh. Okay. You'll still need MOAB level firepower to penetrate the adamantine-ceramite alloy.

If it could hit, a DUFSDS round would likely work.
High rate fire from a Ma-Duece (or 4) could work too.

Other possibilities exist, but you really need to just saturate the target area and hope the SM runs into one while dodge the rest.

I mean a Heavy stubbor is just a M2.

But reality the TX loses against an armored Space marine.

Not a chance.

Skynet is 38,000 years behind that programming.
And the aftermath of the Abominable Intelligence clusterfuck that kicked off the Age of Strife.
The machine spirit would kill any Terminator stupid enough to try connecting. Those AI have an actual metaphysical component. A soul, with Psychic potential at that. Utterly loyal to the Imperium unless physically compromised by warp shenanigans.
An AI was certainly capable of disabling astartes by hacking their power armor and locking up the joints in Death of Integrity.

Dark Age aka Terran Commonwealth, aka Warhammer United Federation of Planets Expies AI. Not 20th Century AI. There is a massive difference. That was a Man of Platinum grade AI. Skynet is a 1960 punch card computer compared to the Terran multidimensional, quantum computers.

Yeah, a civilization that considered a Baneblade a light tank and that could do most of the things the Pervert Knife ears could.

I think they were able to even give the Culture a run for their money, considering how advanced and powerful their damaged, misunderstood leftover trinkets are.

In any case, I am pretty sure that the Mechanicus has done everything they can to harden those systems, ten thousand years of living in the wrecked husk of Mars and fighting techno-cannibals and all sorts of other nastyness probably makes people appreciate InfoSec, especially when it was rogue tech and A.I. that caused much of that suffering.
And of course there is the Emprah, who lived through all that shit, and the Dark Mechanicum that is more than happy to use scrap code and other dastardly tactics to stop its enemies.

Don't forget Dark Age Tech was the kind of stuff you could build stuff damn near instantly

Scenario 1: T-X can tank an RPG with some 600-800mm penetration but it caused a lot of damage and in the right place it should have taken her out. Standard Space Marine stuff ranges from fully automatic RPG machinegun gyrojet nonsense to plasma weapons of even greater power. She doesn't stand a chance.
Scenario 2: Space marine needs to run up to her and tear her head off (he should be strong enough for that) before she gets a shot off, otherwise he's probably going to die from wounds.

TX wins with Plasma Cannon (IRC its in the gigajoule range according to the novelization)

With out the Marine eventually batters it down to scraps in melee

Some marine depictions might be able to dodge the blasts, as ridiculous as that sounds. It's not a fast firing weapon and she never shows off using it at long range.

Battle could be at long range, marine disables relatively fragile cannon and so on.

Yeh

It's still gonna one shot anything short of a Terminator tho

Against a target who's not-significantly-weaker predecessor was blown in half by a pipe bomb? XD

Yeh, every sequel gave Terminators power creep because time cheesing made models appear stronger and earlier.

It's the ploy point in Salvation and why the T-800 no sells grenade launcher rounds.

It's true...Then it goes full circle and the T-800 can be KO'd by .50 cal AP rounds in Genysis.
