At the present like many defunct currencies. They don't use that anymore. Last time I checked they relied on US dollars.
I'm amazed someone thought they could brrrrrrr their money problems away except they're not the US who can afford to do that.

Yep, I expect it will be tied to some sort of demand they return to their confiscated farms and “instruct” the locals in how to farm.

I agree they don't usually turn out as planned.
But making a public statement like that is just damn funny.
Their just doing it to seem 'woke' as if Mugabe or his successor gave a care about whites beyond what benefits they provide in the food department.
At one point in 2015 Mugabe asked farmers to come back and then later, told everybody white but them and in some cases he told the farmers as well to 'go back to England.'
The white population in Zimbabwe today is only 20,000 today vs. 300,000 at it's peak in the 70's and he still blames them for all the countries problems despite the fact that they have been persecuted by him for the past forty years.

The remaining farmers don't have much of a choice in the matter of they ever still have a farm.
the peace corp can easily show people who want to learn how to farm how to farm, they cant teach people who got land through political connections and just expect easy money how to farm.
I know just all of this the African's can't learn farming stuff is getting on my nerves. Considering other parts of Africa have all black farmers that grow crops just fine.

This is true but it's still wrong they forced the whites out. Two (or three counting the initial conquest) don't make a right. Also don't be too annoyed after all Africans. Sat on the throneif Egypt while the anscetors of most Euros. Where still living as nomads in Georgia civilization wants and waxes. Note I'm not pushing "black Egypt" nonesense. There was a Nubian dynasty that ruled Egypt and Nubia. So don't anybody get thier panties in a twist.

That's not what they're saying. They're saying that socialists are shit at learning how to farm, and Zimbabwe has drunk the socialist kool-aid for a long time.

Mugabe and his thugs decided that they could do the typical collectivization spiel on farming and kicked out the whites who were the countries go to farmers, as well as the middle class. Just like Holodomor and The Great Leap Forward however they learned something shocking, forcing people with no knowledge on how to effectively farm using modern industrial agriculture equipment doesn't work, especially when you have run off everybody who could have taught them.
Nobody here is saying that African's are to stupid to farm we are saying that the people who ran Zimbabwe into the ground were genocidal idiots and their policies ruined a once thriving African Country as the bellow states.
In December 2017 the website Zimbabwe News, calculating the cost of the Mugabe era using various statistics, said that at the time of independence in 1980, the country was growing economically at about five per cent a year, and had done so for quite a long time. If this rate of growth had been maintained for the next 37 years, Zimbabwe would have in 2016 a GDP of US$52 billion. Instead it had a formal sector GDP of only US$14 billion, a cost of US$38 billion in lost growth. The population growth in 1980 was among the highest in Africa at about 3.5 per cent per annum, doubling every 21 years. Had this growth been maintained, the population would have been 31 million. Instead, as of 2018, it is about 13 million. The discrepancies were believed to be partly caused by death from starvation and disease, and partly due to decreased fertility. The life expectancy has halved, and death from politically motivated violence sponsored by government exceeds 200,000 since 1980. The Mugabe government has directly or indirectly caused the deaths of at least three million Zimbabweans in 37 years.[104] According to World Food Programme, over two million people are facing starvation because of the recent droughts the country is going through.
