I'm wondering how DC actually has an illegal immigrant problem bad enough that the National Guard needs to be called in because DC isn't much larger - in terms of area - than the Indianopolis suburb I call "home".

That's pocket change when compared to the worst parking ticket I'm aware of. $750 for an expired licence plate and an Imam got dinged for two grand on top of that.
