Why don't we ban all countries? (Except the Vatican because I don't think defeating the Holy See is even possible considering Gustavus Adolphus failed at it.)

@LordSunhawk could take it to ad absurdum and ban everyone - including himself - to reduce the number of reports to zero.
I'm quite sure the Holy Roman Empire sacked the Holy See twice. Once on purpose the second time unintentionally. They refused to pay their soldiers and those soldiers looted Rome and almost killed the Pope.

You can't ban the Vietnamese. Who would make the Pho, bahn-mi, and a lot of other good food? I sure as hell don't have the patience or time to make Pho. It takes 3 whole days and nights for the stock alone!

That's not Vietnamese. It's originally from the Hmong. But it's been adopted quite readily by Vietnamese. To be honest every country in Southeast Asia has a version.
Be careful the traditional palm sugar and honey version with crushed peanuts and almonds is addicting and calorie dense!
