I wish I were joking.

Congratulations, it's will be impossible to be racist against white people by the dictionary definition of racism now.

Welcome to 1984.

One of the most beloved tactics of the regressive left is to redefine what words mean, in order to win arguments. That Mirriam-Webster has now announced their intention to become complicit in this will mean the death of their reputation as an unbiased reference for what words mean.

What about like...Arab prejudice towards non Arab muslims in the Umayyad Caliphate, or Han prejudice towards non han minorities in China?

Will this definition cover such phenomena current and historical? Or will it simply be a political tool for current agendas here in the west?

The fact the question must be asked gives the answer.

At this point left wing politics are openly self serving, the mask is off and I am already god damned sick of the authoritarian bullshit and I'm left wondering when its finally going to end.

Hopefully soon. I think we’ve just about reached the high water mark for the far left. It should start snowballing and going down hill soon. Especially if Trump wins a re-election, which I give him fairly good odds of doing with the exception of a black swan event.

There has already been a literal plague, riots in major cities with major politions litterally bowing before the rioters.

How many black swans have already hit?

We just need alien contact, a nuclear war, and all the world's reptiles to suddenly start talking to us and we'll be good.

A lot of this depends on how you look at things.

The social media political crackdown can be seen as a desperation move by the political left after their minds were blown that Hillary lost in 2016.

These riots and the like are temper tantrums because the left has continuously failed to deliver on their promises.

A lot depends on perspective.

Whether these things are signs of terminal societal decay, or signs of the steady decay revealing themselves in a manner that will shock a lot of people usually disinterested in politics awake, we won't know until November.

Historically speaking, the high-water mark was in the period 1973-1989. The far left once ruled two-thirds of the world.

Fair enough and I suppose I should say 'any further black swans that he actually handles badly'. As while he could have maybe handled the Wu Flu better, he also didn't handle it badly enough that I think it'll really stick to him. Or at least not to the degree that it can't be argued against.

As for the rest, those aren't really his fault. And right now, the far left keeps shooting themselves in the foot, which is just going to drive more moderates and independents Trump's way. Plus, remember, we've already had 4 years of the media and the far left shrieking about how Trump is Hitler. All which has fallen on its face time and time again. The moderates are sick and tired of it. They aren't buying it anymore.

Historically speaking, the high-water mark was in the 1970s. The far left once ruled two-thirds of the world.
True, everything is retaliative. And I think we should remember that.

If the West didn't crumble to the USSR and the CPC, back when we had a Communist Superpower actively funding organizations within our own nations, we sure as hell aren't going to fall to a bunch of quarter-baked revolutionaries who can't even keep themselves fed for two days and are currently in the quickest speed-run of a communist revolution known to humanity.

These riots and the people who've allowed them to happen are already accelerating events in our favor. All we need to do is to not get complacent. To not fall into the trap of sitting back and waiting for a win. So long as we keep talking, keep calm and keep quietly pointing out how the Democrats have allowed themselves to be co-opted by a bunch of lunatics, we will win.

If four years of Trump have driven the far-left this batty, another four will shatter them. Don't be fooled by the far-left's increasingly loud hysterics and actions- those are signs of desperation, not victory. They're flailing about like spoiled children. Already, we're seeing cracks in the Democrats and the far-left. All we need is another hammer blow. Remember how quickly the Soviet Union fell apart, back when many people thought they would last into the 2000's, or even win the Cold War! All this has happened before in some shape or form. And it will happen again.

So, after running out of supplies and not extorting enough businesses, the Autonomous zone doesn’t seem that “Autonomous” at all...

I'm fairly certain that a number of items on that list are not needs.

And shoes was a repeat item on that list.

...

And why would they need a new pair of shoes anyways? It takes me around a year of hard use to wear out a pair.
Some of them probably showed up in flip-flops, and figured out too late that wasn't going to be enough.
