I was speaking in generalities. With the size of our country (331 million people) someone, somewhere, is going to be screwing something up practically all the time. There's enough of us that our screw ups (sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse) are, in the grand scheme of things, basically the statistical equivalent of white noise or a rounding error.

And let's not forget that while anomalies and errors can indeed happen, it's certainly fucking suspicious when all of them favor the same candidate!

And these last minute, illegal law changes all benefited Biden. These were likely enough of a benefit to tip the scales. Even if you ignore ALL the other issues, the changing of these laws happened, and was illegal. The rig happened, right in front of us. You can ignore all the other claims, even. This right here is them rigging the election.
