Unlikely, most that will probably happen is a phone call telling them to find whoever leaked the thing and toss them.
Because, surprise surprise, this sort of thing is actually pretty common in the VA industry. Hell, some of the bits they do even end up included as DVD extra's. Mostly though, they are just shit they put together giggles at wrap parties ala blooper reals.

He was, however, battling mental-illness/demons, and her bullshit caused an outrage mob to go after him, get him fired, et cetera.
Because of how petty and vindictive people are, he felt he couldn't return from this, innocent or not. He was tainted in their eyes, and it resulted in him being axed and his work cancelled.
