I'm not talking about showing them porn, I'm talking about a woman having her tits out. At what point does the sight of breasts begin to damage the psyche of children who were likely breast-fed? No strawmen allowed.
Debatable. One thing I can say for sure is that I have seen, over my few decades of life, the difficulty level for men go up and up when it comes to sex life. And by that I mean...fewer and fewer men are "making the cut". At this point, only the upper echelon of men genetically speaking are getting genuine sexual attention from females. Better looking, taller, more athletic males. Most zoomer girls sleep with other girls over settling for average or even above average men. But they will literally stalk top tier men. I have seen this happen myself with girls literally stalking random strangers they find attractive enough to try to get their attention. These girls are thirsty as fuck but only for the top tier of men. Also known as hypergamy; also known as the primal female mating strategy from tens of thousands of years ago and what most animals do.
But it can't last indefinitely because large scale human societies cannot function with it; society will either fall from within or be invaded - and in either case, the social order of keeping females in line for the sake of male cohesion and society as a whole will be re implemented by whatever group of males win. Well, unless the global elites can succeed in turning humanity into a genuine insect colony type structure with human worker drones in masses, while the elite class of males mate with selected females; or, AI and robots can replace the need for human worker drones and then only suitable females and the elite males would be left as a ruling class. This stuff could happen
I genuinely don't give a damn about female breasts and I also genuinely feel that females should be allowed to go swimming at pools and the beach with just a lower piece bathing suit like males do. Breasts...don't bother me.
Let's reverse the genders though. There is a big difference between, say watching two men box or competitive swimming - in both cases the males will be shirtless - .... vs watching male strippers dance and hump the air. point being it's not the nudity or partial nudity itself, but the clear and degenerate actions of the "exhibitionists" in question

That's going to depend on the individual child, due to differing growth rates both physiological and psychological.
Usually healthy introduction to the basic biological parts of sex is sometime 12-14.
I would think a good sex ed program would mean that the sight of breasts would not psychologically damage them after that point either.

probably. it also wouldn't mean introducing elementary school kids to blow jobs, how to put a condom on someone else without using your hands, how to make a grinder account, and a whole host of other things. at this point I wouldn't trust the government to be in charge of a healthy introduction to sex. a fair number of parents wanted to outsource the awkward conversations and lessons relating to that. it has been a massive mistake.

The problem is America tends to go one of two extremes. on the Right side sex is a "necessary evil." Emphasis on "Necessary" and EXTRA Emphasis on EVIL. It's only accepted because it has to be done to reproduce and honestly, If a workaround could be found many conservatives would probably encourage it. I believe I can say this with surprisingly little exaggeration, there are conservatives out there who if given the choice between circumcising their boys or reading and discussing with them the song of Solomon, they would *Snip snip* in a heartbeat and that's a biblical book handwritten by a man given divine wisdom by God himself. That's how disgusted and ashamed many conservatives are of sex it seems.
On the opposite extreme, you have the left which Blasterbolt summed up perfectly.
America has NEVER had a healthy view of Sex and I think that's perhaps one of if not THE most fatal flaw the country has. Conservatives as a whole are terrified and too disgusted to handle the conversations of puberty, sex, and getting hands-on with the process of courtship and marriage, so they just sort of throw their kids out there in the world and expect them to figure it out, and then are surprised when the left has gotten a hold of them and pulled them in.

It would not bother me in the slightest if a bunch of girls decided to swim or work out bare chested. Breasts are not that big of a deal. and you claim men "are sexually aroused by breasts", and that may be true if it is an attractive girl; but at the same time girls are sexually aroused by attractive shirtless men. either way people are supposed to be attracted to attractive half naked human beings swimming at a pool or at the beach. that's a good reason why many people go to the beach to begin with. and female breasts are already almost entirely exposed in bikinis or most kinds of female swimsuits anyways, what difference do nipples make? none. none at all
with that said, common decency is expected to be upheld whether people are half naked or not. if a girl is interested in any advances, she will put out signs that will be pretty obvious to any man that can read signs. but either way, everyone is supposed to treat everyone with respect. you know, like actual civilized people.

I don't think anyone has brought up bringing back arranged marriages. though there are some advantages to that practice it is generally unacceptable to most modern societies. I think in asia there are still matchmakers that are sometimes a fall back option for 30 year olds who want to get married but don't want to navigate the dating market.
I think most people here want to end the whole pedoshit being pushed through LGBT stuff. maybe a side order of stigmatizing casual hookup culture. not even making it illegal mind you. just applying social shame to the act.
