Yeah, we don't want the pendulum moving to far in either direction.
Which direction? Honestly both the far-right and the far-right are two sides of the same coin, whether you look at socialism or national socialism or fascism they're all derived from the same progressive corpus of philosophies. The true difference is between the progressives and the conservatives.

I thought "far right" meant "does not want govt castrating little timmy who is only 9"

Yep, that's exactly what the Nazi's, Fascists and Communists have in common. They're all the fucking same, just slightly different shades of the same colour.
Eugenics was also a big fad of the Progressive, forward-to-the-future, "muh Science!!!" people at one stage.
It's still a big fad of the progressives, it's just under a different name these days.

No, that was the leftists, again.
Right, if you'd bother to read my last few posts you might notice that I said that the so-called 'far-left' and 'far-right' are the same damn thing. The entire distinction between the two was invented by the socialist intelligentsia to differentiate themselves from the nazi's and fascists who were cut from the same ideological cloth.

The real difference is between the conservatives and the progressives(Nazi's, Fascist's and Communists.).

Ok time to bring out the political triangle again....

There is no such thing as a perfect system there will never be a perfect system.

There are three great values when it comes to governance.

Liberty, Equality or Franternity/stability they are all mutually exclusive.

In order to get more equality you have to by nature have less liberty and you decrease stability.

In order to get more Liberty you have to accept less stability and less equality.

In order to get more stability you sacrefice liberty and equality. Its all about what your willing to sacerfice and trade off to get what you want.

If your main value is liberty then the extreme right and left look the same because they don't value your primary value.
Like wise to a communist an athoritarian and a libertarian look alike because they don't value equality like he does.
To some one all about order like wise they look around and see some one who doesn't value stability like they do.

Right except that the totalitarian, reactionary and populist categories are completely imaginary constructs, and the Democratic Socialism, Progressive and Socialism categories should be folded together into the slot where "Totalitarian" used to occupy. Right next to Fascism.

its all about what your willing to compromise and where your comfort level is.

you might disagree with the terms being used but its all about trade offs, now ideally people would self sort into local situations and people would live where their value system is in charge and every one would agree to disagree but we do not live in an ideal world.

Hmmm

"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity" are the values of the French Revolution.
Yes, they are in conflict with each other in the sense you show. Perhaps in a way that "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness" are not.

Now I'm thinking what other triads of values are possible.

Nah, this entire paradigm is fabricated by the socialist intelligentsia to distance themselves from the Nazi's and Fascist's that sprung up from the same ideological bedrock as themselves.

The only real categories in that so-called triangle are conservative, progressive, liberty and fascist.

Oh some people will. Because people are idiots with selective memories.

Muh multiculturalism was so vibrant
Muh foreign food was so wonderful.
Etc etc.

Probably a lot of pissy women when they can’t get away with acting like hoes and degenerates.
Well, foreign food is quite wonderful.

I mean, I won't bash fish and chips and a Sunday roast, but Cantonese and Indian cuisines are fucking amazing.

Being against multicultural bullshit/diversity racism doesn't mean we're against the few good parts of it. :ROFLMAO:

The reason I brought it up is that I’ve heard people complain that getting rid of multiculturalism and cracking down on mass migration would mean we wouldn’t have all the wonderful exotic food restaurants and so on.
