Italy doesn't invade Ethiopia, instead focuses on Spain

Yep,i read/forget where/ then they planned for 20 modern dyvisions till 1939,including 5 armored.Now,it could be done.
Tanks - czech proposed V.8H medium tanks, but Italy in OTL refused. If they take that offer, they could mass produce them from 1939.
From what I can find it was 3 armored, 3 motorized. They had something like 5 armored IOTL, but that was not the pre-war plan. Incidentally their binary divisions were supposed to be grouped with the mobile divisions, 2 per mobile division. I guess they'd be a small corps with the binary divisions effectively operating as a single division to fix the enemy via frontal attack while the mobile division in their group would flank or cut off and destroy from behind the fixed enemy division. Italian doctrine wasn't that well developed compared to others due to their peculiar geography and military experience.

What is the source that the Czechs proposed that design for the Italians? That's be an interesting POD if the Italians could figure out welding tank armor instead of using rivets.

Technika wojskowa Historia,i forget which issue.
Basically czech proposed it to many countries, including Italy,Japan and Poland. And they have prototype in 1939,and could start mass production, but germans were not interested.
Strange, they mass produced Lt38 light tank,so why not medium one?
It would be good tank, becouse it was relativery light/16t/ and could have bigger turret with 75mm gun/prototype have 47mm gun/

Here,what wiki say about that:

There is a long way between prototype and mass production.

I'm fairly sure that without much investment the factories could not handle anything heavier than 15 tons. Hence, as not to disrupt production by retooling&expanding, the Czech plants churned out the shitty Lt38, Marder III, Hetzer ...

A FEW MINUTES LATER:
Looking at the ST vz.30 specs - I would not expect it to be ready for production until '41. It is just over 15 tons - like I said, there almost certainly was a weight ceiling the Czech plants could handle.
Riveted.
2-man turret.
Paper thin armour ...
Nothing to get excited about.
