"You're doing a morally bad job" isn't any better than "You're doing a bad job" as far as rising to the normal impeachment threshold, as far as I know.
If the guy in charge of bank security does a terrible job and the bank is robbed blind he is gonna get hit. if the guy in charge of border security has made the most porous border in modern times he is gonna get hit. the only way they got to hit him is the impeachment so they will use it. Impeachment was already done over nothing burgers against Trump twice. pretending the genie wasn't let out of the bottle isn't going to stop the dems from impeaching whoever we put in.

Near as I can tell Impeachment is meant to cover political crimes. it is meant to cover nebulous things that aren't quite easy to nail down but most people can be convinced of. hence the high bar of needing the house then needing more than a majority of the senate. it used to be a political tool with a very high bar to consider going for. now it is a political tool to drag your political opposition over the coals with so long as you have a house majority.

Might be that this is just going to be partisan shitflinging of course. but that is the standard our congress operates on. at the very least if they are doing this they might not be drawing up an amnesty bill that is 80% foreign aid. Senate will not convict. couple R senators will likely cross over. nothing will change or happen other than tarring the opposition.

Impeached means "formally accused of a crime"
Next is a trial that will be held in congress. He might be acquitted or convicted.
Often, political personas are allowed to retire in exchange for the impeachment charges to be dropped. but not always

If you are a bank manager, and you literally intentionally bring in thieves to steal from the vaults, you are not "doing your job wrong". You are an accessory to a crime. specifically you are their inside man.

Intertia is an absolute bitch, and academias problems and corruption was ignored until it got freaking terminal. I don't think it can be reformed at this point in time.
'Ignored' is not the correct term.

There were people warning.

There were people trying to fight against it.

But the allure of 'gibs' and making those annoying christians shut up about insisting that there are moral laws, and consequences for breaking them, incentivized a lot of people to either let it happen or encourage it anyways.

How many college freshmen are interested in going to the frat party and trying to score with the homecoming queen, vs going to a Christian student org and studying the Bible?

How many parents of college students were interested in hearing about how the student loan program was a euphoric poison that was a key part of corroding academia, vs being able to get their kids through college at a fraction of the personal cost? How many were willing to make it a voting issue?

Migrant Gang Rape Of Child In Italy Prompts CNN To Worry About "Far-Right"

After a group of migrants gang-raped a 13-year-old girl in Italy, CNN responded by expressing concern about how it might help the "far-right."

Yes, really.

The girl was raped in front of her boyfriend in a public park in the Sicilian city of Catania.

The seven suspects are all Egyptian migrants and three were under the age of 18.

In reporting the story, CNN's main focus was to worry about how the incident, which is just "the latest in a string of shocking sexual attacks in the country," might increase political support for the right-wing.

"Last month's alleged gang rape in Catania has become not only a symbol of violence against women in the country, but a cause célèbre for Italy's far-right government," wrote CNN's Barbie Latza Nadeau.

Respondents pointed out that the news network was literally 'fulfilling the meme' made famous by Norm MacDonald.

The CNN piece also highlighted "a scathing op-ed in the right-leaning newspaper Il Giornale" because it accurately pointed to the fact that mass migration is driving sexual crimes across Europe.

"Why are these individuals, without any requirement to access international protection, still in Italy and have not been subject to expulsion?" the editors wrote.

As we previously highlighted, Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini called for people convicted of violent sexual offences to be chemically castrated in response to the gang rape of the 13-year-old girl.

Admittedly and may God forgive me for my arrogance, but I must confess it is hard to feel sympathy for the "College experience" when you personally get none of the fun and all of the consequences. In my time at college the best I got to do was hang out in the library. I was too busy from being burnt out trying to keep up with everything worrying about how I was going to pay for everything because every program was being "Discontinued" having to start over.

Get chonked with the boys: Never got to do it.

Score with one of the hot sorority sisters: Never got to experience it.

Get a girlfriend that you sing songs about 30 years later: Nope

Meanwhile, I still have to foot the literal and cultural bill of ridiculous student loans, 4th wave feminism, and the constant fear of getting close to a girl for fear any mistake I make will result in my reputation being ruined, liberal politics that have tanked our economy and have continued to prevent me from "Having fun" so no I'm not very sympathetic towards liberals and balking at Christians in this regard.

For every one person who gets to "Have fun" there are three others that don't get to experience that fun and eat the one persons bill.

As Denver cuts public safety, plans underway to hire noncitizen fire, police officers

As Denver employees brace for budget cuts across the board including public safety, council members Jamie Torres and Amanda Sandoval are preparing to give out police and fire jobs to noncitizens.

Axios Denver reports the councilmembers are plotting to strike language from the city charter that prevents the agency from hiring noncitizens in the name of "diversity."

Well duh. Obviously, there's a shortage nationwide of noncitizens holding jobs in a country filed with (checks notes) citizens.

But now noncitizens are the new minority getting a leg up on America's job market. At least in Denver.

From the report:

The intrigue: The citizen requirement is unique to those agencies due to language in the city's law specifying applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Noncitizens, which includes green card holders, already hold jobs in other city agencies, obviously.

Who are noncitizens? We found this handy dandy guide from FEMA:

So yes, migrants arriving in Denver who have been granted asylum would be eligible to work on the police force and in the fire department.

Just to recap, the excessive cost of housing and feeding migrants is why Mayor Johnston announced last week the city would be making across the board cuts in all agencies.

It's worth noting that Gov. Polis signed a law last year "allowing the state's Peace Officers Standards and Training board to establish rules for people with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status and asylum seekers to become certified peace officers or reserve officers."

Colorado's immigrants who came to the U.S. as children and have temporary legal status or those who have applied for asylum could soon work as armed police officers in the state.
Unions are still mulling this whole noncitizens as police and firefighters over before commenting.

Councilmembers plan to introduce their measure in April. Changing the city charter require Denver voters' approval on a ballot measure, possibly as early as November.

Now illegals surging across America's NORTHERN border

The problems facing America because of Joe Biden's deliberate decision to open its borders and allow millions of illegal aliens to enter mostly has focused on the southern boundary with Mexico.

There, illegals from Mexico, and indeed many parts of the world, have arrived. The crowds have included, without doubt, some terrorists.

Yet Biden fights states that want to assemble their own security measures in court.

But now the surge of illegals is being noticed at the northern border too.

That boundary, with Canada, is the longest international boundary in the world, at about 5,500 miles.

For a long time it was considered to be an unprotected border because of the peaceful coexistence of the two nations, and, in fact, there's a "Peace Garden" on the border, part resting in the U.S. state of North Dakota, in honor of that.

Of course, in recent years, 9/11 and the COVID pandemic both have been triggers for border closures and vast law enforcement crackdowns on international travel there.

And now a report from ADNAmerica reveals that illegals crossing that boundary have exploded by 240% in recent days.

"Last year, the northern border of the United States witnessed a surge in illegal crossings, with migrants opting for entry through Canada, according to recent data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection," the report documented.

"In 2023, authorities halted over 12,000 migrants attempting illegal crossings at the Canadian border, marking a 240% increase from the preceding year when 3,579 individuals were apprehended," the report said.

Most of those illegal entries were along a section running from northern New York at into Vermont and New Hampshire.

There, the report said, a social media post by Robert Garcia, the chief patrol agent for the sector, revealed 3,100 individuals from 55 different countries were apprehended.

Garcia called the illegal entries "record-breaking."

The problem seems to stem from the same source, however.

"A significant number of those engaging in illegal crossings are Mexicans who exploit the opportunity to fly to Canada without a visa, also avoiding the presence of cartels in their home countries," the report said.

The report said it's surmised that Mexicans feel there's a higher likelihood of entry success across the northern border.

Illegal border crossings skyrocket 240% at Canadian-U.S. border due to lack of CBP staffing

The U.S.-Canada border is significantly longer than the border with Mexico, and the ports of entry often experience understaffing as the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) prioritizes addressing the surge in migration from the Mexican side.

Last year, the northern border of the United States witnessed a surge in illegal crossings, with migrants opting for entry through Canada, according to recent data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

In 2023, authorities halted over 12,000 migrants attempting illegal crossings at the Canadian border, marking a 240% increase from the preceding year when 3,579 individuals were apprehended.

Approximately 70% of the illegal crossings took place in the Swanton Sector, a 295-mile stretch along the northern New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire border.

Border crossings from Canada into upstate New York, New Hampshire, and Vermont reached a historic high, with migrants capitalizing on understaffing and the absence of fencing along the northern border.

According to a social media post by Robert Garcia, the chief patrol agent for the sector, 3,100 individuals from 55 different countries were apprehended.

Accompanied by a recent photo capturing the early morning apprehension of four adult males from Bangladesh near Mooers, New York, Robert Garcia stated, "The record-breaking surge of illegal entries from Canada continues in Swanton Sector."

Additionally, he mentioned that the arrest of 10 Bangladeshi citizens was prompted by a citizen's report in Champlain, New York.

A significant number of those engaging in illegal crossings are Mexicans who exploit the opportunity to fly to Canada without a visa, also avoiding the presence of cartels in their home countries.

Experts suggest that migrants can purchase a $350 one-way plane ticket from Mexico City or Cancun to Montreal or Toronto. This route is perceived as offering a lower likelihood of being turned away compared to those crossing the southern border.

The US-Canada border is significantly longer than the border with Mexico, and the ports of entry often experience understaffing as the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) prioritizes addressing the surge in migration from the Mexican side.

For the love of God...

EXCLUSIVE VIDEO:

Late last night in Darién Gap Panama, I spotted a migrant bus transporting a bus full of invaders from Africa. The bus stopped in front of the San Vicente Migrant camp in Darien Gap to drop someone off. While the door was open, I hopped on the bus and started filming. I asked the driver who the owner was, where he was going, and why he was transporting migrants in the middle of the night.

I spoke to the driver in Spanish and he refused to tell me who the owner of the bus was, but he confirmed the passengers were all migrants on their way to Costa Rica. All of the migrants in Darien Gap must pay $60 to get on a bus to Costa Rica which is part of the route to the United States via the Mexican border.

These "migrants" are all headed to the US from the migrant camp in Panama.

The driver didn't want me filming and called his supervisor to ask him how he should handle me. I would have ridden the bus all the way to Costa Rica if he would have let me stay on. But I had to get off.

Several of the Africans were wearing tribal outfits. The driver was clearly nervous that I was asking about who owns the busses and why they are transporting them at night from Las Blancas migrant camp.

These invaders are Fresh off the boat (literally) in Darien, and now they are en route to the United States.

From Costa Rica, the invaders then go to Nicaragua, Honduras, and then to Mexico where they enter the US via California or Texas.

This is how the invasion is taking place.

Don't listen to the media when they tell you that it's a conspiracy theory to say that migrants are being bussed around the world in the middle of the night.

This is human trafficking caught on camera.

Noncitizen state level voting was fairly common a hundred years ago, but the state constitution says what it says. If New Yorkers don't like it they can try to change the constitution rather than trying to argue it doesn't say what it says. It's been done before.

(But good fuckin' luck.)
