Some of them will be fired; others will be forced to do things like clean the bathroom toilets with their tongues, or something like that, until they quit of their own volition. Regardless, it will all be done over time in such a way, that it doesn't advertise that it's being done.

No, these people really think they are a force to be reckoned with and are totally isolated from the fact that they have been allowed to push way past what any normal society would (or should) allow. Eventually they will be met with force and it is going to be traumatizing to them, they don't know their own weakness.
