Protests yesterday were more intense and longer lasting then the night before but the Revolution was averted in the time it took for Local News to take a convenient commercial break.

Like seriously... a few minutes before the 10PM curfew took place there was a wall of Umbrellas before the police station fence/wall. Then a few minutes after the 10PM curfew you just saw a line of police in riot protest gear marching down the street and a bunch of black clad minions fleeing like a bunch of bugs caught in the light. And for some reason protestors thought they would get qualified immunity by hiding inside of running and parked cars? But apparently that is not a legal loophole.

Also your nightly funny:

The power of ideas!

CNN's Miguel Marquez fled the scene with his crew before the sun even fell. Also they hit the car parked behind them as they made their hasty escape... back to New York presumably.

The backlash for all of this is going to be the stuff of nightmares. They're building the monster they claim already exists; and when it comes for them, they won't be able to turn it aside with accusations of racism. Of course, by the time that happens it won't just be them who suffer, but also their children and their children's children. It's going to take generations to undo all the damage these sociopaths are causing.

So no, what happened doesn't actually fit the legal definition of second degree manslaughter. Some level of 'Negligent Manslaughter' is certainly the appropriate charge, but the DA or whoever is picking these charges in MN is clearly screwing things up.

National Review actually just had an article about this, and cited someone explaining why the DA didn't hit her with a negligent homicide charge. Minnesota doesn't have any laws on the nooks that penalize merely negligent homicide.

In other words, they didn't actually know that. The warrant (which is what they said in the recording, "Hey, you have a warrant") was NOT for the robbery charges.

The bottom line is, Potter fucked up and she knew it instantly. Trying to justify it by saying he was a violent offender doesn't actually work, because from the recording there's no indication any of the cops knew that. Wright may not have been a good person, but that doesn't justify shooting him.
Actually they did, the earlier warrents and bail violations would have been brought up when they checked his plates during the stop.

BLM PLANNING INVASION OF MARICOPA COUNTY.

General Flynn: "We have intel that they may be bringing people down from Portland and Seattle to disrupt discovering the truth in Maricopa County."

So will our great grandchildren's generation read in their history class that the second Civil War started over a building in Maricopa county Arizona...?

Arrogance is a HELL of a drug. Either that or their puppetmasters WANT an incident so they can use it as an excuse to crack down.
Except Arizona is one of the states that WONT lock down on gun control.

So the Brooklyn Center City Council and Mayor unanimously passed a Resolution the other day to forbid the BCPD from using less then lethal munitions and chemical irritants for crowd control or whatever, but of course Brooklyn Center is currently being flooded by out of city law enforcement under the 'mutual aid' assistance that's been setup and the Hennepin County Sheriffs Department is heading up the operations and coordination of all of these agenies as they aid Brooklyn Center in it's time of hardship.

Buuuuuuut Brooklyn Center Mayor Mike Elliot also stated yesterday that he hoped the law enforcement protecting his police station abide by this new resolution as well. As is clear from last night, the State Troopers and Sheriffs Deputies etc... declined to do such a thing and used both last night to help disperse the crowd of protesters.

Now...

It's good old fashioned Minnesotan Nice (Passive-Aggressive) Letter Writing between the County Sheriff and the Mayor. And yes, with the firing of the City Manager and the resignation of the Brooklyn Center PD Police Chief, this means the Mayor has direct command of the Brooklyn Center Police Department and we'll see if he rules it like a total (Grand) Moff.

And here's another funny:

No, they wouldn’t, because they check for outstanding warrants.

Given your line of argument the only thing I can conclude is that you seem to be trying to argue this shooting was justified. News flash: It wasn’t. And I say this as someone who is pretty much pro-law enforcement. This was a fuckup by Potter. There is no excusing it.
