They want crime to be legal?
Understand this...These people arent against police. Take a look at this quote from the Shining Path:
"We practice selective annihilation of mayors and government officials,For example, to create a vacuum. Then we fill that vacuum as popular war advances. Peace is closer."
Now the left isnt annihilating officials, but they are trying to create a vacuum in policing, a vacuum they want to fill with their own policing.
The police they envision wont be the police as you know it. They will be called "peace officers" and "Deescalation teams". Their main objective will not protecting property and keeping order, but enforcing anarcho-tyranny and the social justice police state. Justice will largely depend on which caste you belong to.
Lets take as assault for example.
If the castes are equal, justice will be enacted in a manner we are familiar with.
If a person of high intersectional caste is assaulted by a person of lower intersectional caste, the charges will be much higher, as the low caste person will have hate crime enhancements.
If a person of lower intersectional caste gets assaulted by a person of higher intersectional caste then the burden of proof will be shifted to the victim to prove he did not deserve to be attacked. If it determined that he uttered some social justice blasphemy, was guilty of thought crimes, hate crimes or in some way offended the high caste not much will be done. If it is determined that he was deserving of a beating, then the role of victim and perpetrator will be inverted. The victim of the assault will charged with a crime, and the perpetrator of the assault will be compensated.
Actual self defense by lower castes against higher castes will be heavily policed, and essentially outlawed as the right of higher castes to assault, rob, humiliate and harm lower castes will be seen as a sort of reparation. Petty crimes, esp by higher castes against lower castes will not be policed. But thought crimes will be heavily policed. They arent going to charge the drug addict who stole your phone, but if you made a spicy tweet on twitter or desecrated one of their holy symbols like a picture of George Floyd or a rainbow flag, you will socially executed and charged heavily.
Everything will come down to the intersectional calculus, and a great deal of policing and 'justice' will involve working out the intersectional framing of crime. For instance, a black man assaults a white woman. Is this to be framed with the racial lens, or the gender lens? This will affect how the crime is policed.
