They could and should have included that evidence when asking for the warrant, but they did not do so. Thus the warrant is not legally valid. That is what matters if we are to have rule of law.

To begin with, I don’t think many ever read or knew that Karl Marx was an anti-semite and racist towards Native Americans, South Americans and those of African descent and even wrote a book about Jews

Can’t expect them to have actually even read or really known about the lives and beliefs of the people they decided would defend them if they were around today

Decision of a Judge does not make something legal or not, only acts of legislature do so. As this is a directive from the 4th amendment of the constitution, only an amendment to the constitution could make it legal.

They had evidence, recorded phone calls, that there were drug dealers, or drug paraphernalia in that house!

The cops hat want to do something also want to get paid.
It is a choice, food ad getting to see ones family again, or standing there and getting beaten and maybe killed, without your city payig you to do it.

So you are saying they should go out there to end up in the hospital at best and dead at worse...and without the backing of their city and the like, who pay their checks ending up like that may just make their family worse off...

I am saying they should do their actual job which is serve the public and not be political enforcers, and of course shouldn't blatantly stage false arrests of innocent people. And what of the families of the people they allow to be targeted or they falsely arrest? I guess they don't matter at all.

I get both your points, simply put it's a hard decision, especially harder when your family would get affected if you don't comply

I'm not saying what those officers are doing is right or necessarily the best decision that can be made, though least they got, but they're doing this because even their families now in a way have a gun to their heads

It's not exactly something they teach you in theological studies or christian learning education as it was named in my school, but love isn't unlimited....there will be people you care about more than others and that's why people end up having to do things they hate doing deep down

That said, those being arrested in a VERY biased court system won't be caring so much about the reasons why the police are unjustly arresting them, because its not them who'll end up in jail for who knows how long and possibly have the rest of their lives and possibly even of those of their friends and families put in danger as well

Man.....I think they now have a reason to forestall defunding the police....they need guys more capable when it comes to putting a stop to the populace, thankfully I doubt they can command the armed forces and hold their families and their livelihoods against them

So you are saying if you were a cop, you would risk losing your pension, healthcare, pay check, possible medical bills should you be injured, or even your death and any money your family could receive?
Also add in you will most likely be losing the amount you already make, so....

I am talking about the police officers shot, killed and beaten trying to stop these riots, the officers getting trapped in their house, shot in their own patrol cars!
These officers not showing up to the riots are doing so because it makes sure they get to see another day with their families, as they wont have help should they do it

And given that the city government and so many Far Left types will desecrate their deaths and insult their families, I can understand why they won’t stop them, also because they’re not allowed to do so

That said, maybe they shouldn’t stop people from defending themselves too, unfortunately city and state government will force them to

Ah misread it. Well, they can keep it up, the chickens will come home to roost soon. They'll soon end up in the exact same situations of those they refused to protect, and they'll be equally unprotected. So really why should I get worked up too much?
