can confirm. 10/10 love me cheese. especially when it is all melty in a lasagna or on a pizza.
Feel the same way myself — at least, before I found out I was lactose-intolerant.
Can still have it in moderation, though usually, I opt for the occasional ghost or sheep cheese. Even then, I apply it as garnish, rather than as a key ingredient in a meal crammed with cheesy goodness.
