It's a reference to a few different "fem wojak" edits. The one on the far right is supposed to be "trad wife" wojak and the one in the center is supposed to be a thot.
But the joke (at least what I got) was that girl who looked the most "trad" had actually been with the most guys (aka "bodies" and vice versa.

What's the joke?

I've got no idea what this is about.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I interpreted that as being either about Split Personality Disorder or Body Dysmorphia. I guess the latter would make more sense in context, but saying that some people had a few dozen different bodies, it's just dumb and I sincerely hope this is someone mocking the idea of dysmorphia rather than an actual platform.
