To be fair, nothing last "long term" but I will say that I do find the left's attempt at creating a philosophy and their utter lack of self awareness astounding. I'd frankly respect the left a whole lot more if they at least admitted they do what they do "because they can and who is seriously going to stop them." that's at least consistent compared to the mental gymnastics they have to do on an hourly basis.

this so much. I might make a thread about this, but when the body positivity movment first came about, I thought that this was what it was primarly going to be about. Especially when they talked about how BMI is not always a good indicates of fitness. but ultimatly that's not what it ended up becoming.
BMI is definentl not good. One of my fit NCOs is considered FAT and another buddy of mine who is in shape is considered obese by BMI
