But the republicucks always freak out about govt shutdowns and immediately cave in
The sad truth is that ANYTHING is legal, provided nobody tries to stop you. Once you understand that concept, corporate evil makes a lot more sense. X_X

If the punishment is fines, then it's not illegal it is legal for a price. You just need to make more money from the crime then the fines, easy thinking for a corporation.

Legality has little meaning if the laws can be changed. In the past the fundamental laws were an extension of god's will, and so were burned into the psyche of every man, woman and child. In the present, laws are changed and adjusted multiple times per decade. There can be no moral compunction associated with them when they are violated worse than any whore.

European court rejects appeal to stop hospital death of baby girl
A baby has been denied an export from an English hospital that has decided to have her life-support treatment removed.cruxnow.com
UK hospital decided to kill 8 month old girl on life support because her disease is deemed too expensive in the long term (allegedly according to hospital. won't surprise me if they have more sinister motives).
Parents found a different hospital that will take her.
Hospital refuses to let the parents take her, they insist they have the right to kill her instead.
A Judge rejected parents request to let them take the girl away from the "hospital" that wants to kill her.
And she is dead

Man this is just sad. Only thing we can do is pray that God punishes those who make such cruel decisions.
HE would do so.And girl is with HIM now.

How the fuck would that save the planet? Chinese factories are notoriously polluting, and even if they were equal in regards to the environment shipping products across the sea uses fuel which would have some pollution. So there would be less pollution if you buy local since there would be less transportation.
