No, it's just simple politics. The average educated white woman isn't particularly threatened by or competing with Arabs or blacks, she's competing with other educated white men. It's in her interests to move against the men in hopes of gaining better positions in society, and Arabs or blacks can be useful as allies.
The enemy of my enemy is my friend, even if he's clearly going to be the next enemy.
That only applies in some regards. It is fact that women are more emotionally involved in things then men, it is part of thier motherly tendencies even if the left tries tk push it out of them.
They care for immigrants because they are sold on the fact they are coming from horrible areas.
Same with LGBTQ etc.
They push ideas that they are oppressed, hated, killed etc.

I'd certainly hope most posters on this site scorn it, because it's a major part of where ivory tower detachment from reality comes from. When you believe reason is the primary route to knowledge, you get bullshit like believing a bird has three testicles for millennia because nobody believes actually checking is important.
Except that the statistics show that almost every measure taken to do so makes white women less happy because as it turns out forcing status by government policy doesn't work and their instincts are in fact more tailored to home-making than the corporate rat-race. It's an obscenely myopic and maladaptive envy of wanting status the way men get it as that has more obvious worldly influence attached to it.
Edit: Also important to note is that this has a direct and major part to play in the very demographic problems responsible for pushing for immigration, as the women who buy into career-climbing intentionally refuse to "settle down" early and so end up with a drastically later age of first child and thus fewer viable children while simultaneously gutting the pool of partners able to provide their expected lifestyle due to acclimating to having their own well-paying jobs.

Forgetting that half of their family is by all chance also "educated white men", and if in some unspecified future somehow those disappeared and the society they live in, then by all chance there would also disappear any social pressure to give high status to educated white women too, and for this and other obvious reasons they would be the next to disappear too. After all, if Arabs and Africans loved the idea of giving white collar bureaucrat and manager jobs to educated white women, they would have imported them to give them such jobs in their own countries. Yet they do not...
