It's absolutely absurd how hypersexualized young children are these days. tiktok and smartphones with wifi and porn are destroying an entire generation of young girls and boys from the inside out. Giving a child a smartphone with wifi is like giving a child drugs and wondering why he/she becomes addicted. All by design, of course.
But enough of that potential rant. Since the LGBTQ-whatever community is well respected in public schooling and well represented nowadays, what I would like to see some of these teachers doing is, instead of teaching kids how to identify, teach them how to not identify. Or, worded another way, that how you identify sexually does not define you as a person. For the matter, you shouldn't even be defining yourself as a sexual being. I can't speak personally for females on this particular tangent (although i doubt it is much different): but, for males, I can say that the same energy source that fuels lust for sexual things, also fuels everything else from competitive ambition to inovation. The same pathways in the brain react to sexual things and violent things, athletic things, competitive things, etc. Of course, the enemy knows this and hijacks the source of energy from the start and turns children into media and sex addicts at younger and younger ages; consequently, those children can barely focus on anything else. Easy to control, easy to profit off of.
If any of these LGBTQ teachers in the school system want to do something good, they should be teaching kids to not be identifying as anything at all and to not make a big deal out of sexual things. Sexual things are just one branch off of a tree of life energy; that same tree of life energy having many other branches into many other facets of life.

How is this not a violation of the 1st Amendment?
It will likely be appealed to the higher courts and thrown out on that basis.

The argument I've seen is that he essentially set up the digital/phone equivalent of a fake polling station, and actually got a 3 digit number of people who responded.

During their collaspe Spain pretty much came in uncontested, with the mission system taking over which was a mixed bag, but likely treated them better than mexico did. Its over all a tragic situation but they are rebuilding and I'm glad their doing better.

Rule of thumb, see a criminal? Stay the fuck away from them. Hell, RUN away if you have to.
Don't interact with them, do not look at them.
Official government stance with criminals is that they are a protected class. Do not threaten your livelihood by stopping criminals.

That's not the stance of a functional government, in fact its a pretty primal violation of the social contract and governments who have that kind of stance long term are almost always replaced. Ballot box, forced resignations, coups, rebellions, and outside invasions being examples.
Protecting civilians from criminals is like one of the basic jobs of government if you refuse to do it sooner or later you get replaced by some one who will.
I agree entirely. Its a disgusting fact that governments would rather their people get robbed, maimed and killed, than dare to...Punish the perpetrators?
This should be the go to no matter what state or what laws you have.
Disengage, de-escalate, get away. Those are the priorities.
I carry my concealed firearm for the situations where I can't do that, or where someone else is in immediate danger.
People in the real world don't fight fair, and you should always be avoiding these situations when you can. Your firearm is a last resort.
By all means though, if your life is in immediate danger, take the shot. I'd rather go through a trial than be dead.
