Actually, you should just call CPS. They took underage children into a bar...on a school trip.
CPS has been very busy, those pedofiles arnt going to protect themselves you know.

CPS is chronically overworked, understaffed, underfunded and over-regulated. So pretty much any govt. organization that is supposed to be doing real work.
I'm a foster parent. I have worked with DFPS (CPS in Texas) a lot. Their biggest problem is that they churn through employees so rapidly b/c of burnout. So the system has no real experience at the level it really needs it, in the field.

I'm not as mean and nasty as my twin sis is when she's upset. Her husband is 6'3" and grew up in East St. Louis. He's gay and ain't a softy. They rarely have sex with each other because she injures him every time they do.*
