Offender Race

Black or African American: 5,832

White: 3,981

Unknown: 1,610

American Indian or Alaska Native: 116

Asian: 65

Simple math.
Slightly over 1/10 of the population commits slightly over half the murders.
That means the other 9/10 in total commit the other half..
Takes nearly 10 times as many people to commit as many murders.
Hence the nearly 10:1 ratio.

Asians commit all sorts of fraud, but they don't suck at it and tend to do a lot of it in ethnic enclaves or in ways that are mostly ignored by authorities. A reminder that intelligence is a useful trait but not inherently moral.
