It's exactly what you think it says! Tomorrow everyone over the age of twenty becomes twenty again and perfect health while retaining all memories of their lives.

How does this affect yourself and the world?

Gives me an extra thirteen years I can use to train for my chosen career, as well as getting myself into peak physical health.

At the moment, I'm 33, and I decided to be a professional artist far too late in my life compared to "younguns" who are like 20/22.

Woodstock becomes a thing again...crappy 60s pop, too.
On the other hand, all my favorite Rock/Metal bands gain decades of productive work, too, and the current global fertility crisis is fixed.

We might get some more inflation, since the newly-young retirees might start spending more on everything, and some working old people will find life a bit easier now, with their youth restored.
Savings and stock investments might increase, although since all those prudent middle age and up people are now all young, well, maybe not, since they will want to spend at least some of their money on alcohol and parties.

How would this effect social security?
Would it stick around longer or be easily abolished?
How would it adjust to the elderly no longer being physically elderly if it does at all?

The actual young people are going to be screwed hard by this. Alot of people only retire because they aged out. Now all those people are going to try to go back to work. Who are you going to hire? A 25 yrs old pilot with little experience or a 20 yrs old with 30 yrs of experience.y husband has 30+ yrs of experience being a police officer, he might go back (he can't because I'd be pissed in the way only a housewife can)if he could. No young kid fresh from college could compete with him or others like him. On the other hand it might solve the problems that alot of the trades are having. Also I'm now younger than most of our kids. I'm only 5 yrs older than our two youngest.

Yeah, but their consumption will go back up to offset that, too, I think they will be blowing a lot more money on luxury items and stuff like vacations.
It really depends on how much disposable income they have, tbh.
There are also fiends that are new and/or have seen a decent level of innovation, which will require retraining at minimum.

Inflation, here we come.

Oh, and there is the elephant in the room.

We can have Trek with Real Kirk and Star Wars with real Luke and Han again!
Just have Portman or Knightley play Leia.

And Indiana Jones, and Stargate, and all of the other good stuff of our youth, and these people will be well-established and quite rich nowadays, so for the most part they will probably say no to crappy roles.

I am sure a bunch of Porn Stars we all liked will also be tempted to get back into the biz.

With the way technology is advancing, aging porn stars could either be digitally remade "young" again via CGI, or body-double for 3D versions of their younger selves.

Or, ya know, provide their likeness to younger body-doubles, like how they did the recent Terminator films (with "Arnold" playing younger T-800s).

But, yeah. If people were rendered young again, we'd see a revival in many TV shows and movies -- reboots, reimaginings, sequels... you name it, it'll be done. It'll be the life-support for an increasingly decaying Hollywood for a few decades, I think.

Looking at it their would-be huge ramifications for this on a social and political level.

Social Security and jobs will be a big issue for many people as on one hand many people who were already young when this happened will feel cheated because they are now physically in the same health as the retirees and will be working their ass off and on the other retirees will feel any attempt to take away Social Security will be unfair considering they did their time and had their hours put in already.

Thats not to say that retirees are lazy and will attempt to mooch of the system, as most will probably try to find or make work themselves given in the older generation of boomers had an intense work ethic. (I know for a fact my grandfather will probably get back into work as not being able to is driving him nuts)

But Social Security simply wasn't designed to be able to feasibly sustain a whole generation of boomers for the period of time they now have to live, and the Government can't afford to not take them off SS either as the job market is already saturated.
and the current global fertility crisis is fixed.
At the cost of a future population explosion which will benefit quite a few people.
Youth is wasted on the young.
True and I am one of them.
The young's stupidity is driven by hormones to a great degree, and not knowing better.
A lot of yougified old people will probably go nuts though, precisely because they will have the "Nash, it was fine first time around and I know what I am doing." attitude.
It is but I don't think that means the adults will devolve completely in sense as for one they will be in the tail end of puberty and out of their teens along with having kept their collective life experiences to temper them.

That probably will be awkward...But it will probably be for everyone involved you can imagine a young worker in a retirement home starting his shift and finding all the elderly gone and these random people there. (Come to think of it a lot of people will probably will be pissed about being there.)
Political tension definitely skyrockets.
Oh yeah! To start with 'that' older generation? Yeah, the one that the left constantly happily preaches is at death's door? They aren't going anywhere. The congressional makeup will be red for a while and even then, the democrats will probably shift away from socialism for a while.

To say nothing of the old politicians now swarming the scene or present ones who will be reinvigorated like for example as two opposing forces Ron Paul and Jimmy Carter who probably will dip back in.

To say nothing of Hillary and Trump who probably will be boogiemen by both sides of the aisle for their ability to run for the next fifty-five years at least.

As long as we get some more decent Wars and Trek and Babylon 5.

Also, the CGI stuff is imperfect and costs an arm and a leg.

At the moment, it does. In the future? Well, we've seen how specialist CGI went from being big studio only productions to being accessible to anyone with a decent PC, training (which can be found online), and software which can be licensed.

People even create their own motion capture stuff now with cheap stuff you can find online.

Just give it time. ;)

Yeah, but we are hitting the processing power limit, and while you can easily lease a few dozen top of the line videocards for a few days/hours thanks to public cloud the hardware probably won't improve by much performance-wise.

Maybe in 20-30 years.

People are building free/cheap-to-rent rendering farms with state of the art hardware. These things are huge -- like filled warehouses huge. It wouldn't take as long as you'd think it would to render an entire TV show/movie.

Jor can we get back on topic here? Suffice to say while it's damn possible can we acknowledge regardless the real deal would be appreciated over computer generation?
