No idea. The most I can find on that are some articles from CNN, the Standard, the Independent, the Guardian (which then contradicts it as well) so it could simply be a rumour.
Good grief, my smug-ometer just broke. I would caution against victory laps though. Cast your mind back to 2000, to Bush and Gore. I'd wait a little longer myself before casting final judgement on who won, because these sorts of things rumble on for a while. Better yet, if the investigation turns up nothing, you can really rub it in then.

Murdoch is a left winger who has opposed Trump.
Really, even if Biden ends up winning, which he probably will, it will be much better for the country if we have a legal battle here over the votes. If there isn’t a battle like that, then Trump voters will continue to think that the election was stolen and it will further divide America. If Biden won fair and square, then the left should want an investigation to give the Biden presidency more legitimacy.
Trump hasn't shown a single shred of proof and has his top-dog Jared Kushner desperately scrambling to find a competent lawyer to take the case. But sure this is all part of the plan and the democratic deep state will all be arrested tomorrow, I personally just use Ambien when I have trouble sleeping but if delusion is more effective for you go for it.
