correct, there is a reason the term uniparty is thrown around. The left even if the cases go nowhere is not getting their revolution. They are getting a one way ticket back to the Bush/Obama era, where both parties give you the same results, but every few years Reps and Dems trade turns in various positions to convince their voters they actually have a choice.

Again. My opinionated observation watching the courts shut down the Trump Campaign's lawsuits. So unless the MSM is lying that there weren't legal challenges in the first place then whatever went on in the courtroom did not go in Trump's favor.

The Trump Campaign has the right to challenge it. Ask for recounts and other stuff. They need substantial evidence, again, not just tweets of claims of dead people ballots like the PhillyGOP has. Documents, testimonies, picture, videos, to show to the courts (and we are talking both state and federal courts). Few on this forum will trust the MSM and few on the sister sites are going to trust Bretibart, Fox News, etc.

And so far I am waiting for Trump to prove it in court.

Don't watch the MSM. Watch people that are willing to actually report the news. Third party groups ETC.

If they want to and are willing to risk the political backlash? Yes.

The US Constitution expressly says that the "Time, Place, and Manner" of elections are up to the state and that the State Legislature selects who is sent to the Electoral College.

If PA sent a slate of electors chosen by the Governor to the EC while the Legislature either expressly notified Congress that they weren't certifying any electors to the EC because the election was untrustworthy or that they were sending a different slate of electors then it would go to SCOTUS and SCOTUS would say "the Constitution is clear, State Legislatures have the authority to determine the electors".

So if the state legislature is willing to seriously threaten that unless the Governor conducts the audit to their satisfaction then they will win. Especially if it is framed right with the Legislature demanding the audit to dispel the taint of fraud and show the states citizen that it was indeed legitimate; because that makes a refusal on the Governor's part look like he is trying to cover up fraud that he knows is there.
