I remind all of you again, the UK is not part of the EU or a physical part of the European continent.

A Syrian Refugee went on a stabbing spree in a playground. Four kids age 22 months to 3 years have suffered life-threatening injuries, along with two adults.

Reports say the man was rejected for asylum in France on the grounds that he already had asylum in Sweden, though it's not certain yet that this was his motivation. He began yelling about Jesus while brandishing his knife immediately before the attack. Authorities say they don't think this was terror-related though I have no idea what else to call a playground mass-stabbing.

Video in the spoiler. The actual stabbings are censored but it's still disturbing.

Ahz yes, Obama and Hollande and Merkel's Syria clusterfuck and followup refugee nonsense is still the gift that keeps on giving. :cautious:
I am so very glad that between the Mafia and the very slow, unwelcoming and autistic authorities and the generally anro-migrwnt populace we don't have this problem.

Apparently the French government thinks that if you want privacy and don't want to look at ads that you are a terrorist.

Wow, so Microsith is a terrorist organization? I mean they offer Adblock as a Windows app.

"Tiny Darth Vader, confirmed!" :p

No, but seriously, this is why I think these guys will start springing up en masse over the next couple of decades. On the one hand, governments will squeeze tight and become far more severe (as previewed by Europe), but on the other... the mass-surveillance, bans on cash transactions, and crackdowns on speech themselves may be so draconian, that the expected reward for finding ways to circumvent them may outweigh the cost of being caught and punished.

In fact, even disregarding the West's demographics and economic sinews going to pot over the next few decades, I think Crypto-Anarchists and their efforts to "decentralize" the means of production will be a recurring problem for governments everywhere. At that point, I'm increasingly inclined to think that trying to outlaw them into oblivion may be a lost cause, and just hope that the next crop of Globalists doesn't try to bludgeon the populace into submission as soon as they realize that.

And the media villified it into irrelevance throughout most of the western world. The only countries taking nuclear power seriously are France, Russia and China. Incidentally, the largest French nuclear powerplant is right on the German border and the electricity is sold to them.
Only China, if anyone at all. France used to but has stupid politics now, Russia has... currently very different funding priorities and less investment heavy energy resources it has so much of that they are a major export item.

Like the title says, the Leftists are starting to really push for the idea of basically anything being outside the control of the government is "far-right" and therefore is bad. Even something as simple as wanting the ability to pay for things with cash enshrined in law. Which is exactly what the PM of Austria is trying to do. Naturally the media is trying to say this is a bad thing.

The left has become a right rope, the right the net that catches everyone that falls off, thus the right is being made into the majority.

It's like this writer is just on the cusp of understanding, but her Leftist brainwashing just won't let her accept it.

In other news, in spite of allegedly more "right-wing" governments being elected, Denmark and Sweden are apparently considering following in Canada's footsteps by adopting anti-blasphemy laws.
