First learned the Pres had COVID at work on Friday Morning. Coworker said it was a "Halloween Miracle." Not going to lie, I kind of wanted to punch him square in the face... Kept my cool, though.
But after I thought about it a bit, I came to the conclusion that Trumpet would likely come through this alright in just a few days. He'd get better, get back to things and basically say something like "It was a weak virus, very weak, weakest ever. Probably because it was made in Jina..." or something like that, all with his lips curled back and hand formed into that classically Trumpian "OK" sign.
Think he's probably getting the very best care available, Walter Reed is no joke and despite being a Heckin Chonker, I think he's an exceptionally strong fella and will be alright.
I'm not the least bit religious, but still pray for the President everyday. Hope he can get back out there soon and keep the train rolling.
