The Big-O had a really convoluted plot and to this day I still have no idea wtf the ending was suppose to be. Some guy rambled about tomatoes a lot.

Well,at least in Project blue we have everytching explained in last episode,even,in my opinion,it is silly explanation.
But - both anime and old sci-fi movies usually are not logical,so....
