Its theorized that the main reasons for the suicides are due to ongoing starvation and poverty and thus the new directives from the Government will tackle these issues by placing responsibility on such treasonous suicides onto local community officials.

Best Korea's Glorious Leader Kim Jong Un has helped his country secure the right to lawfully attack South Korea, since apparently that wasn't a thing before.

North Korea has secured the "lawful" right to "annihilate" South Korea if provoked by recently redefining their policy toward Seoul, leader Kim Jong Un said to the country's military in a visit to the defense ministry headquarters Thursday, according to state media.

Pyongyang "secured the lawfulness of attacking and annihilating [South Korea] in a flash after having set the foundation of clearly defining them by law as a hostile country," Kim said.

Summarizing the policy change on Thursday, he said Pyongyang has formally established that "the South Korean puppet gangsters are the number one most dangerous enemy country and unchangeable main enemy," accusing Seoul of being first to follow a policy of unification by absorption of the North.

"Making it a national policy to occupy and pacify their territory in case of emergency is a reasonable action for our eternal security and future peace and stability."

The North Korean regime has stated that they are able to pursue this because North Korea has sufficiently built up their military capability and technology in order to secure future peace and stability in the region.
