It's the truth, even if it's not the sort of thing parts of the old GOP would like to hear.
I know bringing on outside perceptions of the GOP and it's internal PR/propaganda is often upsetting to those who are deep into it.
However the fact is at best fusionism has been invisible and out the public eye as a distinct ideology for decades.
Until the internal propaganda of the GOP is broken and the illusions it fosters broken with it, the GOP will never stop making the same mistakes in perception and PR.
It took Trump casting off the old GOP, the thing the fusionists are wanting to effectively claim they built but let the neo-cons take control of, to make the GOP effective and attractive to the youth and average person in the middle again.

I haven't really been watching. What's he accused of?
Taking bribes from Egypt in the form of gold bullion sewn into sport and suit jackets.
Supposedly also kinda connected to the Hunter Biden probe, due to the Senator doing some things with Hunter over the years.

OK, I did see something about, but it was a random meme with no context.
I mean...dude is just doing what he sees everyone around him doing...getting richer off using his office and potentially selling out his country for foreign interests.
It's not like our sitting President hasn't done the same.
It seems more like he didn't reported it to the IRS, so they got miffed, and this came out as part of the probe around Hunter Biden.
