So Youngkin is trying to wash his hands of the culture war/vax conflict by not allowing any mandates, either for or against vaxs, on the state level, and kicking the ball(s) to the local governments.

Not going to do him many favors with the Right, and he may just be a RINO who could operate in the VA political sphere, so he not going to nearly as Red as many on the Right hoped.
