VA Governor: Former VA Governor Terry McAuliffe (D) easily wins the Dem primary with 62% of the vote.

VA Lieutenant Governor: State Rep. Hala Ayala (D-Woodbridge) wins the crowded Dem primary with 37%.

VA State Attorney General: incumbent VA State Attorney General Mark Herring (D) easily wins renomination with 56%.

Former VA Governor L. Douglas Wilder (D) put McAuliffe on full-blast.

Wilder accuses McAuliffe of flip-flopping on Virginia Democrats’ blackface scandals

Former Virginia Gov. Douglas Wilder this week said voters “deserve answers” from gubernatorial nominee and fellow Democrat Terry McAuliffe about seemingly withdrawing his condemnation of party leaders for wearing blackface.

Both McAuliffe & Youngkin tied up 46%-46% in the Monmouth University polling survey.

Interesting to see if the PPP polling survey shows similar results.
