More likely he just thought it up himself. I have a ton of issues with Trump but I will be the first to admit he is a master at trolling.
I think Biden is also in trouble if he skips the debates... independents might not be sold on Trump but skipping unscripted events is a huge warning flag that maybe Trump and the GOP are right when they said Biden has a seriously diminished mental capacity. That is *not* something the country can afford.

However I just had a rather nasty thought about the Electoral college.
National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) Which California, Oregon and Washington state are members of. States that they will have their Electoral votes go to the person who wins the national popular vote. So....how badly are they going to scream if Trump wins the popular vote and those precious electoral votes have to go to him?
