  • Big 10 Championship: No. 2 Michigan Wolverines (13-0) wins their 3rd consecutive Big 10 championship by shutting out No. 16 Iowa Hawkeyes (10-3) 26-0 last night in the 2023 Big 10 Championship Game in Indianapolis, IN.

    MAC Championship: Miami-Ohio (11-2) defeated Toledo (11-2) 23-14 in the 2023 MAC Championship Game in Detroit, MI.

    SunBelt Championship: Troy (11-2) wins back-to-back SunBelt conference championships defeating Appalachian State 49-23.

    American Athletic Conference Championship: For the first time since winning the Southwestern Conference Championship in 1984, SMU Mustangs (11-2)wins their first conference championship in 39 years defeating defending AAC champion No. 22 Tulane Green Wave (11-2) 26-14 in the 2023 AAC Championship Game in New Orleans, LA.

    PS: Tulane also loses their HC Willie Fritz, who according to ESPN, reportedly will be going to the University of Houston & becoming the Houston Cougars Football HC.

    C-USA Championship: No. 24 Liberty Flames (13-0) wins the 2023 C-USA Championship defeating New Mexico (10-4) by double digits 49-35.

    ACC Championship: No. 4 Florida State Seminoles (13-0) defeats No. 14 Louisville Cardinals (10-3) in underwhelming 16-6 victory as the Seminoles won the 2023 ACC Championship.

    Pac-12 Championship: No. 3 Washington Huskies (13-0) all but clinched their spot in the 2023 CFB Playoffs after holding off No. 5 Oregon Ducks (11-2) 34-31 in the 2023 Pac-12 Championship Game in Las Vegas, NV. The Pac-12 went out with a bigly bang!

    Big 12 Championship: No. 7 Texas Longhorns (12-1) crushes No. 18 Okla State Cowboys (9-4) in 49-21 blowout victory as the Longhorns win their 4th Big 12 conference championship in school history (1996, 2005, 2009, 2023). I know that my cousin @Sergeant Foley is especially happy that his beloved Longhorns are likely heading to the 2023 CFB Playoffs.

    SEC Championship: No. 8 Alabama Crimson Tide (12-1) dethroned the back-to-back CFB Playoff national champion No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs (12-1) in classic 27-24 victory; Crimson Tide snapping the Bulldogs 29-game winning streak & likely knock out the Bulldogs from the 2023 CFB Playoffs.

    MountainWest Championship: Congratulations to the Boise State Broncos (8-5) for winning the 2023 MountainWest Championship defeating UNLV Rebels (9-4) in resounding 44-20 victory in Las Vegas, NV.
