Tucker Carlson Leaving Fox News

It's out.

May Marduk and Bacle's REEing commence.

I'll be watching once I get settled in at home

Putin's first answer is thirty minutes long... Twitter won't be the best format for this sort of long form video content lol.

Hopefully he uploads it to his Rumble channel or something in the near future so I might be arsed to actually give it a watch.

Lets see..the price of being a Russian vassal: Autonomy for Donbass, No NATO influence and allowing linguistic rights for Russian speakers.

What has the cost been for being an American vassal? Territorial loss, economic devastation and an entire generation dead on the battlefield.

And they will end up either truncated rump state or a Russian vassal anyways.
So, at this point it's a genuine question:

Are you being paid to repeat propaganda?

Yeah I'm wondering the same thing. There was a document that came out not too long ago that there have been thousands (Probably closer tens of thousands) of foreign and domestic agents who's jobs it is to go onto sites like ours and sew trouble and propaganda. There's no telling how much of the internet is real and how much of it is bots and glowies.

So which is? Is it that we're giving away old stuff that we're planning to throw out anyway or are we advertising to show off effectiveness and drive sales? Seems like you're walking back the comment I replied to.

Both things are true at the same time for different things?

This is the kind of thing charities and volunteer orgs are great at and already do a ton of. I'm not really in favor of the government being in this business, though I do agree with simple policies incentivizing it.
I mean I kinda disagree. I think the government should sometimes give gifts or charity sometimes like the Red Cross or whatever.

That sounds like cope husky and just weaseling to get more stuff.

I don't even know what they're talking about but I'm assuming its military gear.

So something like a Bradley or M113 that was going to be scrapped fits in one category.

Something like a GLSDB or those new Switchblade drones fits into the second of finding out capabilities.

The first 5 minutes showed that it wasn't an honest interview.

Yeah Putin's long answer on the history of everything leading up to this was pretty similar to the speech he gave on the eve of the Invasion IIRC. Except here he's going back to the 9th Century, instead of just the Cold War, so it's an even longer explanation to set up an actual answer.

Both things are true at the same time for different things?
Both things are true which is the point. It isn't just the US offloading weapons it was planning to discard, the fact it's "both" is proof that line was total bullshit.

I'm responding to this
Sending stuff that has been put aside for moth ball or even destruction because of its age is diffrent then sending shit current units are using and equipped with.

Then the first argument pod said about us giving them advanced tech still applies.

Sounds like boring semantics tbh. By now the argument should've already shifted to specifics like what Abhorsen was intimating earlier in regards to readiness or stockpiles for future threats, then it can be countered by stating how this conflict is boosting military readiness and production which was lackluster beforehand blah blah blah... and so on and so forth. :p

Hit the fastforward button already. This isn't a Putin interview.

You do realise ive been around in this little galaxy of forums for over 20 years and my views have never been a secret?

No I am not being paid.
No, I am not a Russiaboo, and aside from this war I have never expressed much interest in anything Russian in my posting history either here or on spacebattles.
Yes, I believe the USA is in the wrong in Ukraine.
Yes I believe the USA is run by psychopaths and pederasts who want to turn Ukraine into a colony and pillage it.
Yes, I believe The USA is knowingly and deliberately harming Europe, and Europe will never recover economically, culturally or demographically until the USA is ejected from the continent.
Yes, I think Ukraine would be better off as a Russian vassal than as an American Vassal
