This is a bad idea though, as it would violate her constitutional rights, then she would basically be set free if she ever got to a court. This would kill any incentive for her to cooperate.
I mean use the facilities, not put her through the methods.
Even the facilities, because it would be using the military as police on civilians. I'm pretty sure that violates maybe not constitutional law, but stuff like posse comitatus, etc.
