Just because someone speaks a language does not mean they are a foreign actor.
If they are a legit foreign actor then yes it is, but only threats will be sent as China is a country with nukes

Yeah, I'd say that there are a lot more first-generation Chinese immigrants in the US than there are CCP agents. So, based on odds alone, it's unlikely. That being said, how many Asians are taking part in these riots? Most of the pictures I've seen are white, black and a few hispanic. On the other hand, DC is incredibly Left and there may well be pockets of Chinese immigrants there that have followed that trend.
Not saying that it isn't an incompetent CCP instigator (have to be incompetent to speak Mandarin during the protest) just that the odds don't favor it at this time.
Koreans are taking part in it, in relatively high numbers. But not in favor of BLM and Antifa, they're with the Dominicans and are usually riding out to bust heads and disrupt the looters.
So, on the other side...Compared to these MOSS agents.
